I enjoyed my stay at Amara. They staff are friendly and the lobby is beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was a bit concerned about the temperature in the room, since it’s a high floor. Also, I was given a room with a conjoined wall / door so the noise level from my neighbors was a bit annoying. But mostly a great place to stay!

During the Spring Festival, I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Daning for one night due to personal reasons. The front desk receptionist quickly completed the check-in procedures and the hotel lobby was decorated with joy and spring. I walked into the room on the 19th floor. Everything was arranged for the convenience of guests. In the evening, I asked the front desk if I could have a cup of hot milk before going to bed. I was immediately given a drinking coupon and went to the bar to get the milk. During the break, I felt that the air in the room was not circulating, so the waiter immediately helped open the window and solved the problem. The breakfast buffet in the morning has a lot of varieties, and the waiter will also send fresh meat dumplings to the guests. Check-out can be extended to 2 pm, and the process is very fast. Just hand over the room key and you can leave. The overall experience is good, worthy of a five-star hotel!

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights in Shanghai so we decided to stay here. Easy to find the hotel since it is very close to a subway station. Everything was fine during our stay. Only thing is the exercise room is really only 2 machines. So if you need a place with a gym then this is not a good choice. Other than that everything was fine. Good location and shops close by.

Front counter staff provided a fantastic services and very friendly. Value added - As we booked two rooms, they are willing to help us to arrange two rooms face by face. It made my family really convinient and happy. I stay with my two childrens. Their service team noticed and served us three set of towels without request which I feel touching. The breakfast is fantastic, almost like the five star hotel standard. We took a dinner in the hotel one night during our stay. Nice and peaceful environment, food is tasty and all of our family members really enjoy it. Staff in the resaurant is friendly and helpful also. When we checked out the hotel, they provided transportation to us to the nearby Metro station which direct linked to Railway station. Much appreciated. We really enjoy this three nights comfort stay in this hotel.

My experience wasn't bad but it wasn't phenomenal either. The front desk personnel have limited English but they really tried their best to communicate and help me. They were willing to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. Breakfast was a little disappointing because most of their food was super oily. Even though breakfast finishes at 10:30, from around 9am they refill some of their dishes. When they start packing away and you are still sitting there enjoying your breakfast, they have no consideration that you might want something. Usually in most hotels I've been to, someone goes to each table to notify the guests that cleaning up is about to commence so that guests can quickly grab whatever they might want before it's taken away.

I stayed here a few times before the epidemic, and it was the first time I stayed after the epidemic. It still tastes the same as before. The room is very large, and there are only a few households on each floor. It is very quiet. Since there are mostly long-term tenants, there are simple kitchen utensils, microwaves, ovens, washing machines, refrigerators, and coffee machines. The gym has basic equipment and there are few people. Downstairs is Igo Plaza, a cinema and restaurants. There are all department stores, which basically meet my needs. In addition, I would like to give the hotel a small opinion. Other electrical appliances are okay. Great, I bought it more than half a month in advance on May 1st. The price is affordable. I thought it would be very small. In fact, it didn’t. The hot water was strong. The bed was very good. I came to Shanghai to play with friends. I saw this room from the Internet. I thought it was just renovated and it was not complete. After I came, I found it was really pleasantly surprised.
