Sheraton Hotels in Shanghai

Lovely room, very spacious with everything I could possibly need. Everything was clean apart from some marks on the window. The lobby area was beautiful and there seemed to be plenty of places to chill out there - including a handy cafe with snacks & hot drinks. Location was very good. Ten minutes walk to the nearest metro station at Xiepu Road. Good links on Line 14 to many of the sights I wanted to see. Didn’t seem to be much in the local area, but that wasn’t a problem with good transport links. Service was excellent. Staff were efficient and polite. When they couldn’t speak English, they found someone who could to assist. I’d definitely return.

I always stay in Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong hotel when I come back to China. This time I experienced super nice services since the check-in process. When I arrived the hotel, Mr Kiven Tang arranged a room at the 36th foor with an amazing view of the skyline of Lujiazui, of course I took some pictures from the window of the room. Additionally, he also helped me to postpone the checkout time to 3pm which perfectly matches my next trip by the high-speed train. I would like to thank him and the team of the Sheradon hotel, and highly recommend a stay in this hotel when you visit Shanghai.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its geographical location. The transportation is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to public transportation stations or take taxis around, which is really a plus for people who travel. There are also many convenience stores, restaurants, etc. around, which are full of life and not noisy. Entering the hotel lobby, the first feeling is that it is spacious and bright. The front desk staff is very efficient. They are warm and friendly when checking in. They are patient and meticulous when answering my questions. They also kindly tell me some special services and precautions of the hotel. Walking into the room, cleanliness and tidiness are the most intuitive feelings. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the touch of the quilt and pillow is as reassuring as returning home. The layout of the room is reasonable, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the storage space is sufficient, which is very practical for travelers like me who have more things. The facilities in the room are also complete, the air conditioning cooling and heating effects are very good, the TV programs are rich, and the network speed is super fast. Whether watching dramas or handling some urgent work, there is no pressure. The bathroom is also a highlight. Although the space is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, the shower head has strong water output and stable water temperature, the toiletries are of good quality, and the towels and bath towels are clean and soft. The service of the hotel really reflects the heart everywhere. The room service was very responsive. Once I needed extra towels and they were delivered not long after I called. The hotel cleaned the room on time every day, cleaned it very cleanly, and kept the items in order. The hotel's breakfast was also satisfactory. There were a variety of varieties, including traditional Chinese food such as porridge, buns, and fried dough sticks, as well as Western bread, fried eggs, ham, etc. The fruits were fresh, and there were many choices of drinks, both hot and cold drinks. The environment of the whole hotel was very quiet, which allowed me to get a good rest. I stayed here for a few days and every day was comfortable and cozy. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and recommend it to my friends. This is a very cost-effective hotel that is worth staying in.

The room is big and the decoration is relatively new. The heated swimming pool is open from 9am to 9pm and the gym is open 24 hours. These two points are very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, with everything you need, freshly cooked wontons, noodles, Chinese porridge, and Western bread. Even when it is almost time to finish, the food can still be served, and you can pack coffee to take away, which is great. Oh, by the way, the bathtub is good, big and deep enough. It is about 15 minutes' walk from Qingxi Ancient Town, and it only takes half an hour to walk around the ancient town. It is still a good choice to travel during the late National Day off-peak period, and it is cost-effective

An immaculate hotel in a less-than-ideal location. If you need a place to stay in this part of Shanghai then there's nothing better. If you're going to Shanghai for any other reason then know that you're about 90 minutes+ to the city center. Staff is great, facilities are great, rooms are clean and everything is comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in the area for business.

The food was good and the service was excellent. It’s very good especially if you are looking just to relax as there is not much to do otherwise. The only thing is that they do not have a Spa ( We missed it badly). The swimming pool is excellent

I have stayed here several times. This time my mother left her phone in the hotel and called the hotel to ask for help to find it. After several calls, it took more than an hour for them to tell me that they had left it at the front desk. They said they would find it and give me feedback. They only told me after I called to ask. I went back to the hotel from the station to get it. When I got to the front desk, the front desk didn't know where it was for a long time. I had to call the hotel to ask the front desk manager to give it to me. In the past, the overall check-in was 5 points and I felt that everything was pretty good. This time it was really because of the handling of the phone. First of all, I thank them for returning the money, but it took another hour to find a phone without feedback. The old lady is old and has a small heart. If the phone is thousands of dollars, she would feel distressed if it was really lost. So I can only say that the service responsibility of some hotel staff I met on this trip is really average. It is also possible that the waiters I met before were very nice. Anyway, a slightly fat boy handled various procedures and helped me reserve a quiet room in the previous few times. I still have to suggest that the hotel should have a unified standard for overall employee training
