MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special.
One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome.
The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that.
Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned.
There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride.
Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing.
It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation in all directions, making it exceptionally easy for sightseeing, shopping, dining, or commuting for business. Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by an elegant ambiance; the overall decor is grand yet tasteful, and the public areas are consistently clean and tidy, making a great first impression.
The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick, with no unnecessary waiting. When asking for directions or seeking assistance, everyone was patient and meticulous in their replies, treating guests with humility and politeness, showcasing their high service standards in every detail. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing is very effective, providing a quiet retreat despite being in a busy area. Room hygiene was impeccable; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were all spotless, with no hidden dirty spots.
The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress has just the right firmness. After a day of travel, lying down quickly helps you relax, leading to excellent sleep quality. The room is fully equipped with various facilities; appliances and bathroom amenities are well-maintained and provide an excellent user experience. The hotel's overall atmosphere is warm and pleasant; from the hardware facilities to the soft services, you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, and every aspect was flawless. This excellent hotel has already been added to my top choices, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers.

The complimentary airport transfer and free Disney shuttle made our trip so convenient and stress-free. Our themed room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and made our stay even more memorable.
A special thank you to the incredibly kind staff who surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel valued.
The hotel also provides so many thoughtful amenities for families with children, including anti-slip bathroom slippers for both adults and kids, plenty of hangers, numerous power outlets, complimentary bottled water, and a lovely swimming pool.
Every little detail reflected how much the hotel cares about its guests' comfort. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely love to stay here again!

The room's cleanliness was average, with some small flying insects, but that might be due to the plum rain season. Breakfast was very standard; it had everything you needed to fill up, but it wasn't particularly good. The gym and laundry room are combined, a small space but with all the essentials. The hotel is surrounded by an old residential area with lots of food options, which is very convenient.

It is absolutely an ideal accommodation spot for sightseeing trips in the city.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its unbeatable location and convenient transportation. Nestled in a prime area with easy access to the subway, traveling around the city becomes extremely effortless. Whether heading to popular scenic spots, shopping districts or local food streets, I could reach most places quickly by public transport. The superb geographical location saves plenty of travel time and makes this hotel a perfect base for urban sightseeing.
The hotel’s service left me with a warm and impressive first impression. Upon my arrival, the concierge staff were attentive and efficient. They took the initiative to help me handle my luggage quickly and politely, offering thoughtful service from the moment I checked in. Besides the professional human service, the hotel’s intelligent delivery robots added a lovely and unique touch to my stay. The cute robots are smart and efficient, bringing great convenience and a sense of novelty to the whole accommodation experience.
What fascinated me the most during my stay was the stunning night view and the beautiful Huangpu River scenery of the Bund. As night falls, the entire Bund area is lit up with brilliant lights. The shimmering river water matches the gorgeous night scenery on both banks, presenting a magnificent and romantic urban picture. Standing by the window and overlooking the endless river view and bustling night scene, all travel fatigue fades away instantly. The unparalleled river and night view is definitely the highlight of staying here.
In addition to the superior location and beautiful scenery, the hotel’s supporting facilities are very user-friendly and practical for long-distance travelers. It provides guests with free access to the gym and laundry room, which perfectly solves two major travel needs. During the trip, it is always troublesome to keep fit and wash clothes, but the complete and free facilities here make traveling much more relaxed and comfortable. I could stick to my daily workout in the clean gym and wash my clothes conveniently in the laundry room, which greatly improved the comfort of my stay.
Overall, this is a highly cost-effective hotel with convenient transportation, heartfelt service, adorable intelligent facilities, breathtaking Bund river night view and complete free living facilities. The location is excellent, and the twin-bed room was spacious enough for my child and me to stay comfortably. Although the hotel is a little away from People’s Square and Nanjing Road, it is connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient.
Most importantly, my wife and child were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a great choice for families.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and spoke English very well. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
There are also Starbucks and Luckin Coffee nearby, ㅣwhich was very convenient for grabbing a coffee.
I would highly recommend this hotel for both family vacations and business trips, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The entire service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They also provide shuttle service to and from Disneyland, and there's even a late-night snack service when you return to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious too. Highly recommend!
