We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

My stay here was fantastic, and the service throughout made me feel incredibly welcome. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor. Check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions, showing great enthusiasm. Overall, the guest experience was very comfortable, and I particularly want to commend the service from various departments. The front desk receptionists were consistently warm and approachable, handling check-ins and check-outs with impressive efficiency. They patiently explained anything I didn't understand, never making me feel rushed or dismissed. The guest relations staff were exceptionally helpful and easygoing, especially Constance, who actively assisted in resolving any issues I encountered, always prioritizing the guest's needs. The concierge service was incredibly prompt; they immediately offered to help with my heavy luggage upon arrival and quickly handled requests for travel information or last-minute errands. They were always available and never delayed. Housekeeping was meticulous; my room was spotless and the bed perfectly made every day. When I called for water or toiletries, they were delivered to my room very quickly, demonstrating thorough and careful work. From arrival to departure, I felt genuine service without any sense of detachment. It truly felt like a home away from home. Both the value for money and the service are top-notch. I sincerely recommend staying here.

Choosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Disney experience! The hotel's location is superb, making dining, entertainment, and transportation incredibly convenient. The room hygiene was impeccable; it was so clean and tidy that we felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were attentive and reliable, making check-in a breeze, and they were proactive in resolving any requests we had. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

I had an incredibly pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel, and I truly consider it one of the best accommodation choices for travelers visiting Shanghai. The overall experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from convenient transportation and thoughtful service to breathtaking scenery and practical hotel facilities. It is absolutely an ideal accommodation spot for sightseeing trips in the city. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its unbeatable location and convenient transportation. Nestled in a prime area with easy access to the subway, traveling around the city becomes extremely effortless. Whether heading to popular scenic spots, shopping districts or local food streets, I could reach most places quickly by public transport. The superb geographical location saves plenty of travel time and makes this hotel a perfect base for urban sightseeing. The hotel’s service left me with a warm and impressive first impression. Upon my arrival, the concierge staff were attentive and efficient. They took the initiative to help me handle my luggage quickly and politely, offering thoughtful service from the moment I checked in. Besides the professional human service, the hotel’s intelligent delivery robots added a lovely and unique touch to my stay. The cute robots are smart and efficient, bringing great convenience and a sense of novelty to the whole accommodation experience. What fascinated me the most during my stay was the stunning night view and the beautiful Huangpu River scenery of the Bund. As night falls, the entire Bund area is lit up with brilliant lights. The shimmering river water matches the gorgeous night scenery on both banks, presenting a magnificent and romantic urban picture. Standing by the window and overlooking the endless river view and bustling night scene, all travel fatigue fades away instantly. The unparalleled river and night view is definitely the highlight of staying here. In addition to the superior location and beautiful scenery, the hotel’s supporting facilities are very user-friendly and practical for long-distance travelers. It provides guests with free access to the gym and laundry room, which perfectly solves two major travel needs. During the trip, it is always troublesome to keep fit and wash clothes, but the complete and free facilities here make traveling much more relaxed and comfortable. I could stick to my daily workout in the clean gym and wash my clothes conveniently in the laundry room, which greatly improved the comfort of my stay. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective hotel with convenient transportation, heartfelt service, adorable intelligent facilities, breathtaking Bund river night view and complete free living facilities. I sincerely recommend it to all tourists. I will [Coffee]definitely choose this wonderful hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Booked this hotel for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and their birthdays. The hotel found out and immediately arranged for a Peninsula cake and fruit. The cake was so delicious we ate it all before I could take a picture! My parents mentioned they liked the tea bags, and the staff promptly provided more for them. They also quickly came to teach them how to use the coffee machine. My parents were very happy. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and the location is superb. We also went to the jazz bar on the 14th floor to see the night view, which was absolutely stunning.

The front desk service was exceptional. I arrived late at night, and the hotel even arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me directly to the hotel. The entire service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They also provide shuttle service to and from Disneyland, and there's even a late-night snack service when you return to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious too. Highly recommend!

When I was choosing a hotel, I fell in love with the room at the Shanghai Club at first sight, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The room was even more beautiful than I imagined, with meticulously designed details everywhere. It felt exquisite and elegant, perfectly matching the hotel's overall style. The hotel's service was also top-notch – professional and just the right amount of warmth, which made me feel very comfortable. If I had to point out one thing, the room might have been a tiny bit damp, but in Shanghai, and in an old building, that's understandable and didn't affect my stay. The breakfast options weren't extensive, but there was enough to eat, and the taste was decent, neither outstanding nor poor. The main draw here was definitely the ambiance. Although I didn't sit at the bar in LongBar, the sofa seating was still an excellent experience. I really enjoyed the 'retro' style of service here. Perhaps because of the typhoon, there didn't seem to be many guests, which gave me the luxurious feeling of having the space almost entirely to myself.

I brought my child for a stay, and my little one was quite happy with the hotel. A female staff member on the W floor, who was guiding us, also had a great attitude – very warm and proactive in asking if we needed any help. In the evening, I planned to go to the bar for a drink and enjoy the night view after my child fell asleep. Around 9 PM, feeling a bit cold, I wore the hotel room's bathrobe and room slippers to the bar on the fourth floor for a quick drink, all without leaving the hotel. Upon entering, they first verified my guest status, and a male server led me in. As we were walking, the staff member told me to go back and change my shoes and that bathrobes weren't allowed. I paid a high room rate, used the standard hotel amenities, and was consuming within the hotel, so why should I be dictated on what to wear? There were no dress code notifications at all. They didn't inform me upon entry but waited until I was inside to tell me to leave. If there really is such a rule, the hotel has an obligation to clearly communicate it, perhaps by placing a sign where the slippers are provided. What's more, the male server even mentioned they had replacement slippers (these were plastic, not disposable), which clearly indicates they know guests might come in disposable slippers. Are they just trying to make things difficult for people?

+ The hotel is very close to Shanghai Railway station. Just 8 minutes of walk. + Very convenient to get to the tourist attractions like the Bund and Nanjing Road pedestrian street. Either with the subway or buss 64. +The bed was comfortable. +They have a laundry room which is good, - Something must have been wrong with the drying machine. The laundry was still very damp despite three hours in the dryer so we had to hang the clothes in the room. - I found the smart toilet uncomfortable. I tried to adjust the water jet, reading the manual using a translator app, but the water jet was still misplaced, too hard and cold. + The tea and the servis in the room was very cute and I enjoyed drinking the tea 😃 - The power chord of the kettle was too short to reach the outlet.🤔 I had to put a cup underneath. - Sometimes I could sense a smell of cigarette smoke or odor of sewer in the room coming back to the room after a day out. It disappeared after turning on the ventilation/AC
