We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. We loved our short stay at MoYu Movie Hotel! It is in an excellent location - close to the metro and so many areas! The movie element was everywhere - from the front desk reception to how your room key looks. So festive, especially for movie lovers! 🎬 The room was comfortable - especially the bed. The shower had a waterfall feature which is always great - soaps and shampoos smelled nice. The front desk was super helpful to help me find a package and also contacted us about a shirt we left behind. They went above and beyond! We would stay here again!

Having stayed at numerous top-tier five-star hotels both domestically and internationally, especially many in Shanghai, The Bellagio Shanghai is one of the very few that makes me want to return again and again. It's grand yet refined, with impeccable attention to detail. This stay was even better; Penny from guest services was beautiful and enthusiastic. She called and messaged me in advance to inquire about my check-in needs, and upon learning I was with a friend's family, she proactively arranged our rooms on the same floor and close to each other. She thoughtfully prepared fruit and toiletries for the children and even helped coordinate with their partner brand, Range Rover, for station drop-off, ensuring my friend's family and I had a perfect stay. The location is superb, convenient for both The Bund and North Bund, offering Suzhou Creek views, quiet yet central. Another highlight is the fantastic breakfast; The Bellagio's mini wontons are arguably the best in the country. This is a purely handwritten review, and I am extremely, extremely satisfied.

To celebrate a family birthday, I specifically chose the Pudong Shangri-La, a well-established hotel. Although it's been around for some years, the environment, facilities, and service are still excellent. The Bund view room, in particular, offered a fantastic location. While there was some mist during the day, the view became clear and vibrant once the lights came on at night, with the entire Bund skyline right before our eyes. Many thanks to the hotel for their service, and for specially preparing a birthday cake. It was a truly delightful experience.

The hotel's location is super convenient, connected directly to the exhibition center and a shopping mall. It makes dining, staying, and attending exhibitions incredibly easy. The staff are all very warm and professional. The rooms are well-equipped, and even though the hotel has been around for a while, everything is very well-maintained. They also have a huge 24-hour gym, which is perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Everyone, from the gym staff to the front desk and concierge, is incredibly helpful. I heard they have a fantastic kids' play area too, so next time I'll bring my children to enjoy it. I'll definitely choose Kerry Hotel again for future exhibitions and recommend it to my friends.

While the basic accommodation needs are met, there's definitely room for improvement in the details. In the mornings, there was often a loud banging noise from the corridor, which was quite disruptive and woke me up early, preventing a good night's sleep. The in-room facilities felt quite dated, and the bathroom waterproofing was inadequate; water would easily seep out during showers, making the floor slippery – a minor but present hazard. I hope the hotel considers renovating and upgrading the bathroom facilities and improving sound insulation between floors. On the positive side, the hotel's unique scenery and ambiance are big pluses. The lobby frequently features a resident band playing live music, creating a wonderful atmosphere in the common areas with their melodious tunes. The rooftop bar offers expansive views and an excellent sightseeing experience. The antique Rolls-Royce parked outside is a rare sight and makes for a stylish photo opportunity. Overall, it's a mixed bag of pros and cons.

We arrived at the hotel quite late on the first day. In the first room, we found two hairs, one long and one short, on the pillows and duvet (it was a mother and daughter staying, so a short hair was impossible). After reporting it to the front desk, they gave us a different room of the same type. The second room still had a long hair, but we just accepted it and stayed. Later, we found long hairs on the chair and the bath towel was wet, but again, I had my own. I had checked the hotel's detail page, and it said check-out by 2 PM on the last day was fine. However, when we returned to the hotel at 12 PM, the room key no longer worked. The hotel phone was busy, so we had to drag our child and luggage back to the third floor to swipe the card again before we could re-enter the room to pack. We've already canceled our subsequent bookings.

During the National Day holiday, we came to the Bund for sightseeing and chose this hotel with a rich historical ambiance, which used to be the site of the Shanghai Club. We stayed in the new building, but its overall decor style seamlessly connects with the main building. The room offered expansive views. Besides the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' directly opposite, the North Bund was also fully visible, offering an unobstructed panorama. The night view, once the lights were on, was quite different from the daytime scenery. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the staff are gentle and attentive. Special mention goes to the dedicated concierges, Aaron and Echole, who paid attention to every detail. We felt at ease throughout our stay, which was a very pleasant experience.

First off, the room decor is absolutely stunning, as it always is at W hotels. I've stayed at Ws in Xi'an, Macau, and Chengdu, and now Shanghai – their design aesthetic is consistently modern and really resonates with us Gen Z. The room layout and attention to detail are spot-on. They never disappoint when it comes to style. Secondly, I won't go into too much detail about cleanliness; W hotels consistently maintain high standards, so no issues there. Thirdly, the service was excellent. Any request I had was promptly considered and accommodated by the hotel. You feel the exceptional service from the moment you step into the hotel. Staff members are present from the luggage drop-off all the way to the elevator lobby, waiting to assist. Furthermore, the dining experience was fantastic. The breakfast at every W I've visited has been superb, truly top-notch. Finally, since it was our first time at the Shanghai W, the front desk even upgraded our room! I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in a 'Marvelous Suite'. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant. The only minor drawback was that the drinks and room setup included in the Ctrip package weren't prepared in advance, even though I had called a day earlier. If those details could also be taken care of beforehand, so you walk into a fully prepared room, then this would truly be a 10/10 experience.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room facilities were complete. It's very close to the train station. The front desk staff were really attentive. The hotel breakfast was also good, and the smart assistant ('Xiao Du') was very intelligent. The environment is beautiful, and from the high floor, you can see the train station. It was a very satisfying stay.
