I've always trusted the Holiday Inn brand, and this stay at the Holiday Inn on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street truly impressed me with Ella's warm service during check-in. Not only was she professional and efficient, but she also proactively helped me fill out addresses for my shopping, which made me feel right at home. The room's view overlooks Nanjing Road, and with the first lanterns lit, it's a beautiful, bustling sight. The room itself was cozy, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It's definitely a place worth returning to.

Location: The location is fantastic – very convenient for getting around. Plus, having a Walmart right next door is incredibly handy for food and drinks. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, and it’s great to have convenient underground parking. Cleanliness: Overall, it was quite clean. Service: The service was excellent.

The room facilities are very new, and the space is spacious. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you can't hear any airplane taking off or landing noise. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is equipped with a smart toilet. Toiletries are comprehensive. The front desk efficiently handled check-in, and the staff were polite and thoughtful. You can also store your luggage for free.

Facilities: Fully equipped, including both a washing machine and a dryer. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean and comfortable, ensuring a worry-free stay. Environment: Elegant and cozy surroundings with convenient transportation. Highly recommend, as there are supermarkets, commercial centers, and plazas nearby. Service: Excellent service attitude, warm and meticulous! The Gubei Golden Bridge Apita supermarket and mall, with its Japanese cuisine and anime theme, offers incredibly warm, thoughtful, and polite service. There are tons of coffee shops, and the hotel breakfast is varied and plentiful. Many expats and Japanese guests stay here. It's my preferred choice for business trips due to its proximity to my company. The housekeeping staff are warm and friendly, and the front desk staff are professional and have an excellent service attitude. Our Japanese clients all love this hotel. We only stayed for one night because we had an early appointment in Children’s medical center . We arrived late so didn’t want to change the room , although the next morning the front desk told us they could have changed the room. Perhaps we should’ve done it , the room we booked was the cheapest yet the “cheapest” room cost us 450 yuan on trip com but it was worth no more than 200. The room was very very simple and it stink of cigarette smoke. But the worse part, as we discovered in the morning , apparently it had lots of mosquitoes because my baby was bitten 100 times during night that affected his sleep and his face looked like a horror movie in the morning. Three days later we are still trying to cure his mosquito bites . We didn’t take the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Location was good.

I came here for a staycation to check out the popular infinity pool. Our butler, Bonnie, added me on WeChat beforehand to follow up on our needs before check-in and our experience after. She really cares about guest satisfaction and was super responsive to all our requests. The famous high-altitude pool is beautiful, too bad the weather wasn't great. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and even helped register our visitors for free parking. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel.

The hotel is new with a great ambiance, and the front desk staff and other employees were all very attentive! I booked this hotel for one night to go to the airport. They offer free shuttle service to Disneyland and the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there are even robots for room service and food delivery, which was a fantastic experience.

It boasts a spacious, on-site parking lot with ample spaces, which is a blessing for anyone traveling by car – no more worrying about finding a spot. The surrounding transportation network is well-developed, with both subway and bus stations conveniently located nearby, making it incredibly fast to reach various attractions or business districts. The service at this hotel is truly refreshing! From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the genuine warmth and professionalism of the staff. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and swift, and they proactively introduced us to the hotel facilities and local dining options. Room service was incredibly responsive; whether it was an extra towel or an additional pillow, it was delivered in the shortest possible time. The cleaning staff did an impeccable job, even thoughtfully helping to organize our luggage. A special thank you to Lily; I'll definitely come back next time I have the opportunity!

The Holiday Inn Shanghai Dishui Lake is perfectly situated on the west side of Dishui Lake in Lingang. From the east-facing rooms, you can enjoy park views and see the twin China Bank towers. There's a bit of road noise from traffic on the street. The underground parking facilities are a bit dated, but the service is excellent and breakfast is good. It wasn't too crowded on Tuesday and Wednesday during the week. We received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room, and the welcome fruit and drink vouchers were a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing'an for one week as a family with two children, and we had an amazing experience. We booked the 2 King Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. What impressed us most was the outstanding service. Every team member was friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you goes to the team on the 5th floor, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their exceptional hospitality. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It offered everything you would expect from a continental breakfast and much more. There was a great variety of fresh food prepared right in front of guests, making breakfast a real experience rather than just a meal. We also tried the hotel's restaurant and ordered room service several times. The food quality was excellent, and everything was delivered promptly and professionally. Another great advantage for families is the children's playground on the 3rd floor. Our kids loved spending time there, and we appreciated being able to let them play under supervision while we sat in the nearby lounge area and got some work done. This was a fantastic feature that made our stay much more relaxing. The reception team went above and beyond to help us with many things during our visit, including restaurant reservations, sending packages to friends, providing recommendations on what to do in Shanghai, and sharing helpful local tips. Their support made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. There is a shopping mall directly across the street with plenty of great local dining options, and the hotel is located close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Shanghai. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, great food, family-friendly facilities, and outstanding value for money makes it an excellent choice. As an added bonus, a premium DiDi ride to The Bund costs only around €4 to €5, making it easy and affordable to reach one of Shanghai's most famous attractions.
