The front desk service was very enthusiastic; they proactively upgraded my room for free to a much larger one. The room had bathrobes and four pillows, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's decor is also quite nice, and there are fish and lotus flowers in the pond by the entrance. They even have robots deliver takeout to the room, which is quite convenient.

The front desk staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. When A saw the children, they'd proactively offer them toys and lollipops. Throughout our stay, every single staff member, including the cleaning ladies upstairs, greeted us with a smile. The room was meticulously cleaned and spotless. The surrounding greenery perfectly complemented the summer weather, and the view from the window was truly therapeutic. It was an absolutely perfect experience.

Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong is a great value-for-money hotel! The hotel staff are all very warm and hospitable. A big thank you to Mr. Zhang at the front desk for patiently answering an elderly person's inquiry over the phone and making a note, and to Ms. Min at the front desk for her swift check-in process and for enthusiastically contacting the swimming pool so we could enjoy a swim in the morning. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Kudos to Ms. Kong, the housekeeping attendant, and the lady who delivered bottled water in the evening – both were very professional and efficient. The hotel coffee shop has an elegant ambiance, a rich variety of delicious dishes, and a special shout-out to Manager Zhang for his exceptional service and arrangements. The indoor heated pool has crystal clear water, and a big thank you to the front desk lady at the pool for her warm hospitality!

This appears to be an older hotel though maintenance was done to keep things running and clean. It is in a good location in the city for our planned activities. There was ease of access and I liked that the facility had laundry self service available on site 24 hours per day. The laundry access was the most important because I traveled light and I went in August when it was the hottest and most humid time in Shanghai. Staff were professional and greeter at the door helped with opening and closing car doors and getting luggage out of car. Hotel lobby was well lit and spacious and comfortable. My parents with my sisters got a room with a broken bathroom door and non-working phone. Once staff were informed, they were quick to move them to a different room. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to fully explore the hotel and utilize the gym and swimming pool. The hotel room I had was comfortable with everything working. It was well lit and the AC system functioned very well. The only thing I did not like was the smoke smell in the hallways. Smoking cigarettes is a huge problem in China and of course the hotel has no control over this. However they can implement better air filtration and cleaning systems as many travelers may be asthmatic or have strong allergic sensitivity to the smoke particles.

Facilities: Fully equipped, including both a washing machine and a dryer. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean and comfortable, ensuring a worry-free stay. Environment: Elegant and cozy surroundings with convenient transportation. Highly recommend, as there are supermarkets, commercial centers, and plazas nearby. Service: Excellent service attitude, warm and meticulous! The Gubei Golden Bridge Apita supermarket and mall, with its Japanese cuisine and anime theme, offers incredibly warm, thoughtful, and polite service. There are tons of coffee shops, and the hotel breakfast is varied and plentiful. Many expats and Japanese guests stay here. It's my preferred choice for business trips due to its proximity to my company. The housekeeping staff are warm and friendly, and the front desk staff are professional and have an excellent service attitude. Our Japanese clients all love this hotel. The front desk staff seamlessly switch between Japanese and English. A big thank you to MAX and Mr. Richard for their enthusiastic help. See you next time!

The room was great. It was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for getting around. The service was also very good, and it's close to both the high-speed train station and the airport. I'll definitely recommend it to friends for their next stay. My only minor complaint is that there was no breakfast included; it would have been even better if the price had covered breakfast.

I booked this hotel for my sisters visiting from abroad, as it's an international establishment. They were very pleased with their stay; both the facilities and service were excellent. This will definitely be our preferred hotel for all future visits. The hotel is located in a bustling area of the old town, with street food and shopping right outside, making it incredibly convenient.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Greenland was absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! First off, the location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the spacious and bright environment and the warm service. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they even upgraded my room, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of hot water, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. I especially want to commend the breakfast; the variety was impressive, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons were absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. The cantilevered infinity pool on the 24th floor is nearly 100 meters high, extending beyond the main building. With large transparent glass panels on the bottom and sides, you can look directly down at the traffic and Kangqiao streetscape while swimming, feeling like you're flying in the air. It's a truly exhilarating experience for the brave!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn near the New International Expo Center for a business trip. Although there's no swimming pool, the gym is pretty good, and parking is free. Jack provided warm and thoughtful service. I'll definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip.

She was incredibly warm and attentive, handled my check-in very efficiently, and kindly informed me of the breakfast times and elevator locations. The room was spotless and even had a thoughtful little surprise setup, and the toiletries were high quality. The room was bright and airy, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious, homestyle options. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, the service was meticulous and caring, the facilities were excellent, and it offered great value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or a short business trip!
