小區門口周邊有些工地，應該是沒建設好。經過很多車很大塵。感覺老闆免費升級測景海景房，進去房間能看到海。
衞生：真的有點差，桌子，沙發，風筒能明顯看到有灰，黑色的灰。放邊上的紙巾厚厚的灰。洗衣機裏面更臟，多久沒清潔過了，衣服脱了一次水，拿出來全是灰。
環境：是一棟棟高檔公寓那種。進出方便。房間也很好看

來汕頭玩，在攜程上看了很久的酒店，最終選擇訂了這家，離高鐵站比較近。去機場也方便，可以打車到城市候機樓轉機場大巴🚌。
公寓式酒店，loft設計，白色主基調，看着簡約大方。性價比算不錯的了。就是衞生問題要加強哈～

不滿意的一次入住，第一就是洗澡，下水不通，導致洗完之後屋外全是水，出衞生間的時候差點滑倒。第二就是房間打擾，出門讓打掃一下房間，晚上七點回來，發現還沒有打掃衞生。第三衞生，拿來的浴巾上面發現還有污漬。

房間很舒服，老闆人也非常好，海邊的淡季過來性價比那是沒得説，這裏好像都是複試的公寓房，這種房型比較受年輕人喜歡，樓下就有一些咖啡店和吃飯的小店，附近也有M記，比較適合休閑度假，還有小情侶出遊。

第一，房間衞生不行，送過來的浴巾上面有污漬。第二。打掃房間不及時，晚上七點多了還沒有打掃。第三，衞生間溢水情況嚴重，一個是下水道堵塞了，另一個是防水密封做的不好，出來差點滑倒。

非常好。
設施：有冰箱、洗衣機、空調可制熱
衞生：挺乾淨的，地面擦的一塵不染，每天打掃房間，還幫我把用了的茶具洗了我都不好意思了。
服務：房東很熱心，幫忙收發了快遞。之前預訂房間超過了免費取消時限，跟房東説了一聲他也同意了，推薦選擇這家！
環境：海景房風景倒是一般，也聽不到海的聲音。海景房的這間位置在離電梯比較近的地方，出行方便，隔音也不差，但如果對聲音極其敏感也許可以選側海景房。
