房間不大，床夠大，床都舒服，低樓層的有點噪音，酒店前面有停車位，酒店很新，很乾凈，性價比不錯，店家很熱情，不錯的體驗

好評，好評，全部好評，真實住客。#衞生乾淨衞生。#服務前台老闆娘服務好。#位置交通交通方便#房間設施齊全，竟然有逃生緩降器。省內出差多，這是首次見到這個裝備。#停車有停車場。#WIFI好。#床床真的舒服。#性價比性價比高，價錢合適，下次到汕尾，肯定會選擇這個公寓。

酒店不在繁花的商業街，有點點偏。去熱鬧的二馬路還要打車過去。我們定的房間沒有電視，面積也很小，感覺衹有10平米的樣子。有一個投影儀，但是真的很雞肋，幾乎啥也看不了。床鋪幾乎挨着廁所的玻璃推拉門，很彆扭，床鋪也不是很舒服，也不敢開窗，因為距離對面樓的窗户太近了。體驗感不好。另外能不能給準備一雙女士拖鞋呢？畢竟很少有兩個男人出門住一間大床房吧？！

#負評#對鄰近餐廳，隔音失望；整体还是可以，头天入住的时候等了一个小时才打扫好房间，地板还是湿的，有点腥味，我还开玩笑说老板不会用海水拖地吧？周边比较荒凉，吃的不多，楼下有个便利店，停车是老板自己门前的沙地，如果铺成水泥地再加个棚子遮阳就好多了。汕尾十八线城市一线消费，这样的也要两百多没法子啦。不过比起海边那些几百上千的，还是比较好的性价比的
