靠近步行街 出行什麼的很方便 房東是設計師 房子特別乾淨大方進去有淡淡的香味 自主入住無接觸有投影儀 圖片都是原相機沒有加濾鏡的 房子蠻好看的!

是新裝修的，所以房間內整體的環境還是可以的，在韶關內，他相比其他民宿來説，第一是乾淨，第二他是比較有個性主題化的風格，第三他是有準備比較獨立，齊全的物品（礦泉水、燒水器、杯子等等），第四地處市內步行街，所以飲食等不需要擔心的，值得推薦的。管家服務也是挺好的，這個自己聯繫就知道了

住宿點評
1.關於尋找，位置雖然在步行街旁邊，但是還是很偏，開車的朋友不建議來，25元停車費，住宿也要停車費，而且....那個根本不算停車場，進出不方便
2.關於環境，大家可以看照片，舊電梯，沒空調，悶死，原本訂在同一樓層，但是最後安排在不同樓層，説洗手間漏水，換了就換了，但是房間也太差了吧！！！
我租的都是複式的房，空調開20度，在隔層睡覺的時候差點被熱死，20度的空調，奈何樓頂太高，一點都不涼快。
進門，抽油煙機洞洞是怎麼回事😡
浴巾都洗變灰色了，雖然我不用，但是還是要吐槽一下
洗手間也很誇張，地板臟死了，坐廁如圖😂😂😂
酒店2022年開業，我表示疑問，那有床墊衹躺一年，就按熬凹下去了？？？床墊上再放一張墊子？？？什麼操作！！！！！！！！
後面，房間空調滴水，前台説找人過來看，反正我等了很久都沒有人！！！總體來説，太差勁了！！！！很差很差！！！

1.過夜停車費25元，自行承擔；超過25元部分才民宿承擔
2.沐浴液、洗頭液有2瓶僅剩1/3量，可能是上個客人留下的；
3.整棟樓的設施環境都比較老舊；
4.進房間後地毯一角濕的，沒注意就弄濕了襪子。
總體而言，中規中矩，衹能説什麼價格什麼體驗。
