I am particularly satisfied with the two front desk staff who are so kind and friendly, making us feel at home. They are also very dedicated to their work. Although the hotel is not large in scale, the overall cost performance is not inferior to that of four-star or five-star hotels.

It is very close to Cangqiao Street and Lu Xun's hometown. The room is small but clean and fresh. All operations are done by Xiaodu. I like it overall. But there are two points. Because it is on the top floor of the 6th floor, the air conditioner is noisy at night, and I hope that the breakfast and service can be improved in the future. During holidays, this price is really not cheap.

The newly opened hotel is within easy walking distance of the scenic spots. The roads in Shaoxing scenic area are narrow and difficult to park, so walking is the best choice. Parking is available at the door of the hotel. The room is a little small, the projection looks beautiful, the rain water is very large, the breakfast has everything, the fried glutinous rice balls are delicious, and the front desk also gave a small gift when checking in, which is very considerate. The service is great!

A rather unsatisfactory stay. There were cockroaches in the room. I couldn't call the front desk when I used the phone in the room (they told me it was because the line was bad on a rainy day, haha). I had to use my mobile phone to find the phone number on the website to call. I told the front desk about the situation, and a male security guard came up to hit the cockroaches for me. Shouldn't cockroaches be handled properly? Later, the cockroaches ran to a higher place and they were not hit (shouldn't the female manager bring the security guard up to deal with the female guest?) I went downstairs with the security guard to ask for a different room. The lady at the front desk downstairs said that she was the only one on duty at night. I really have never seen a hotel with only one person on duty at night. I am still queuing up to ask him to change my room. I thought the newly opened hotel would be better, but I didn't expect this experience. I am speechless.
