首先房間的窗户是位於走廊的這一點，訂房前沒有寫明，我認為和訂的房價位不符，其次房裡隔音效果很差，甚至能聽到馬路上的車鳴聲以及隔壁麻將聲音，晚上十一點都很吵，最後我認為房間的衞生需要加強，洗手間的洗漱用品擺放不整齊有水漬。但是服務態度可以，投訴立馬有反饋。

房間很小，應該衹有幾個平方，熱水使用一會還要等個十來分鐘又才可以，好處就是離高速路口近，其他的沒有任何性價比

服務態度巨差，預訂的房間沒給留，開始給我換了一間巨小的特價房（第一次遇見酒店超售換房給顧客降一個檔次的），然後我沒同意，然後協商給了個麻將房住着，進去發現被子枕頭亂七八糟，沒給搞衞生，去前台反應，那個女老闆直接就説沒見過我這樣挑剔的顧客，不想服務我這種人，不想賺我這點點錢之類的話（我全程錄音），然後讓我取消訂單。但是他在app上設定了18.00以後不可取消訂單，他就讓我打客服電話讓客服給我取消，客服電話繁忙讓我等20分鐘以上，我就讓他微信退錢給我，我app上確定訂單就行，他説平台會扣他手續費，我就讓他少給我二十，手續費我給了，然後他就開始陰陽怪氣説啥不可以讓我吃虧啥的（就是覺得外面下暴雨我不方便換酒店），然後就是愛住不住的態度，最後沒辦法了我就和女朋友換了個雙床房，然後他還覺得我佔了便宜的態度説沒讓我補差價算好的，還這麼挑，我尋思着也不是我想佔他便宜，是她收了我的錢給不到我應有的服務，整個大無語😓

真的超級垃圾和差。房間一點點大。而且水都沒有喝的。比賓館都不如。還特別的吵，那床就更是硬的跟門板一樣。超級的垃圾，一定不要住這家酒店。都不配叫酒店這兩個字
