Visited Sheffield for a work event, beautiful hotel in a great location. The room had a great view of the Christmas markets and was very spacious, also a free spa facility for guests. Would stay here again.

Once I arrived at the hotel. It turned out to be overbooked and we didn’t have a room. They blamed Trip.com to have forced the reservation through. Hence, try to avoid booking there or using trip.com as a first option especially on weekends and Fridays.

service was excellent, facilities great, the standard room we stayed in while roomy, clean and spacious needs updating. complimentary coffee and tea good but more milk is needed as the milk sachets only contain a small amount of milk

The hotel is beautiful in itself, along with the room too honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, very welcoming & everything we needed we had the service was efficient however the staff aren’t so efficient when it comes to answering the phone but apart from that it was lush
