Upon arriving, the receptionist welcomed us warmly! And although she couldn’t speak English, checking in was a breeze. It helped that I’ve traveled to Shenzhen several times in the past months and knew the works — hand over the passport and wait for them to take your photo. The hotel is located near a buzzing area with restaurants, convenience store, and other shops. The room was spacious and clean although there was a faint smell of tobacco when we entered even though the room was non-smoking, it eventually disappeared. Basic toiletries and complimentary water are provided. I will recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient hotel near the Metro.

蓬客精品酒店，一到達登記入住已得到礼貌的款待，小妹妹有笑容且效率快，令我們感到入住四星酒店感觉。入到房更驚喜，房很大很明亮，雖然傢俬保留歲月痕跡，但仍用到。重点是清潔十分好，廁所也很整潔。床是夠硬但被子十分軟! 周边环境，是平民居住，但我喜欢这撲素及小店風味! 萬象食家只是五分鐘行到，所以这位罝也很好。期待下次再到这酒店。

蓬客酒店衛生做得很好，前台服務只態度很好，大堂坐得舒服，還有機械人送物品到房間非常少見，這方面做得很多，下次一定再光臨這酒店。

酒店比較老舊，主要離親戚家比較近就連住了幾晚。慶幸酒店有免費停車場，要不然外面停車也很貴的。
