房間十分簡陋 估計不到5個方。
前台服務態度也很差，平台上面明明顯示説免費停車。
到了他那裡 先是保安問我訂的什麼房，才肯放我進停車場。
登記入住的時候前台又在説我訂的房是不能夠免費停車的，還説因為平台不能備註 所以才會在平台上顯示能免費停車。還説讓我自己上**去看！既然是這樣，你們直接衹上**就好啦 為什麼還要上攜程呢？既然上了這個平台，就要做到承諾。
入住的時候還要交按金 説是別的房型都可以不用按金，我這個房型需要交按金，這不是明顯的歧視嗎？如果你覺得賣的價格低了，你就別賣這樣的價格呀，我又不一定非得要選你們！

這家酒店房間太小了，床也就是 0.9米，住宿環境跟旅館一樣，就昨天有點累，就沒退，位置在牛地鋪那，附近吃飯比較方便。

走廊挺長的，房間雖然有點小，但是床還挺大的，地理位置也可以，就在馬路邊，空調有點舊，但是製冷，前台服務態度很好

走的時候有點匆忙忘記開發票了，結果打電話回前台查了半天都查不到我的住房記錄，好不容易查出來了我問客服小姐姐能不能開電子版的發票，他説沒有衹有紙質的要我回去才能來，後面我説實在不行那就加微信把發票開出來後拍張照片發給我也行結果他居然跟我微信是個人的，她們酒店沒有專用微信？我服了……住了這麼多年酒店看來還是道行不夠深居然栽在這個酒店。難道真的讓我為了開這張發票特地從外地趕回深圳嗎？而且你們房價打完折也要90多也不怎麼便宜。
