樓宇設施整潔乾淨，位於蛇口市場方便，飲食小店淋立選擇繁多。還可購買海鮮到附近加工，鄰近海上世界也可一遊。

房間跟網圖不一樣，房間簡直不要太小了，廁所也賊小，小就算了，洗個澡還有積水！還有這個廁所燈和排風管居然是連在一起的，一開廁所燈排風管就開始響，房間裏也沒個能放包的桌子，不是很方便，設施還是簡陋了，樓下靠近菜市場早晨會有點吵，這種類型的住宿80塊錢一晚不能再多了

體驗感極差勁，房間很小電視裝飾打不開看，也不能處理，廁所極小、洗澡轉一個身得小心才行，水龍頭是鬆動，放浴巾的架子是壞的窗口也是壞的……挨近大馬路有各種商店宵夜店，煩躁～大晚上超級吵的，各種聲音都有，火車聲，大巴，的士蟬鳴聲賊拉長了～一大早講話聲，掃地，推車，一晚上失眠真的是花錢來遭罪～（換房一直説沒房了也不處理，*想投訴）

地理位置不錯，離着地鐵站和主幹道都不遠，老闆娘服務態度很好，一開始房間的空調遙控器是壞掉的，跟老闆娘溝通後很耐心給換一個新的，衞生條件好，唯一美中不足之處就是房間空間較小，但我回來説性價比很高

一進門就聞到一股很難聞很刺鼻的味道，下面是菜市場早上吵，放在晾在外面的衣服晚上收回來全是灰，酒店的拖鞋臟臭

周邊生活便利，出行方便
床比較大所以感覺房間空間小 但平時出門在外無所謂
唯獨介意的是沒有電梯 爬三四層的話還是很累的
