我們是四月二十一日十一點鐘到的石家莊，首先導航找酒店，轉了幾圈也找不到，接着就打電話，倆個女的值班，接了電話也説不清楚，先後打了近十次電話，也沒弄清酒店的位置，通過導航，知道酒店就在林蔭廣場附近，可就是找不到，我們幾次要求她們出來接一下，或者在門前喊一嗓子，我們都能聽到，可她們就是無動了衷，非常冷漠，這樣的服務態度，我們真的是很無語，幾十年來，走南闖北，第一次遇到這麼冷酷的人，讓我們終生難忘，希望老闆要加強員工的素質教育，不要因為這樣的員工，損毀了企業的信譽，不然的話，誰還敢住你們的酒店！

很乾凈，北站進站口旁邊入住非常方便，我們是半夜一點半過來的，出站口旁邊就是店門沒看見，從另外一邊進來的，除了隔音不太好，好像有點肥皂味兒之外，裝修較新，環境還是不錯的，服務態度也可以。
