酒店有地下地上停車場，當天大雨所以去了地下停車，因為退房沒有拿停車票所以不知道是否免費，我們直接扣了etc。房間乾淨床品這些都不錯。酒店一樓就是一個大飯店味道不錯，外賣的話送的時間長，酒店吃飯價格也不貴很合理。

這是我住維也納最差的一個酒店，1.空調裏面有那種鐵板撞擊聲，可刺耳，一晚上都沒睡好，我打前台打了幾個電話一直沒人接，最後打通了，前台人員説讓我把空調關了就行了，2我把空調關了，然後窗户打開，窗户下面一個垃圾桶，有臭味，3屋裡面有地毯潮濕的那種黴味，4前台服務態度也一般

房間內沒有中央空調，現在五一假期温度那麼高，房間內温度高達27度，一晚上又悶又熱沒有休息好。外地遊客來石家莊旅遊，住宿真的是太不像話了。一晚上房費三百多，哪裡值這個價格。

第二天前台服務員又忽悠説我換的標間在最邊上，暖氣不給力，會冷，又讓我加20元升級暖和的房間。這次沒有上當，發現雖然靠外但不是最邊上的，打開房間發現房間是常供電一直在開着空調的，一點也不冷啊。。。。。
