Radisson Kufri

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Property is nice and well maintained be it hotel lobby or the main restaurant. Special attention is given to the cleanliness. Overall the hotel staff is courteous and helpful to the guests. A word of appreciation for the executive chef Amit Dogra and stewards Bharat & Govind in the restaurant.

The place & it’s valley view is amazing with very hardworking & helpful staff members.. I would like to specially thank to Mr. Vivek ,Mr.Govind, Mr. Suresh & Miss kusum who where helpful in every aspect of our stay.. Food is also very delicious..Thank you Chef for preparing special Himachal cuisine for us..this stay will be remembered always…

Perfect in every sense. Rooms are very neat and comfortable. Staff is super good and courteous. Prompt service. Breakfast buffet very impressive. Kids enjoyed indoor games, ambience of the lounge area is very nice and comfortable. Best part of the stay there was the very beautiful view of the valley from our room ..

Stressful experience after getting injured by the hotel room furniture, no first aid, being told to go to IGMC Shimla for first aid and no concern shown by the staff until comments on their Instagram the next afternoon. Only after that they got into action and apologized, offered better food, etc. Lots of improvements needed not just in the staff behaviour and handling guest issues at the right time but also in the hotel property and food. It was like staying in a 2 star property right from poor quality furniture in the rooms to the food. Lobby is beautifully designed but the rest is average. Few AC rooms, no gym, spa and swimming pool are some other points to keep in mind before booking.

This was my first time coming to Kufri & it was nothing like I imagined because this turned out to be the best trip I’ve ever had ! Kusum, Chef, Amit, Suresh, Vishal were really professional & great. Can’t wait to revisit again . Great atmosphere with great food!!

Our experience very bad. Very expensive hotel but service are very poor.good quality also not good.reception staff not solving our problem.we can't sleep whole night.Such a bad experience
