"The hotel's location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat amidst a lively area, which adds to its unique charm. The room facilities are well-equipped, and the small key card was a thoughtful and nice touch. Both the hotel breakfast and afternoon tea were exquisite. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They even mailed back clothes I left behind at the hotel right away. All in all, it was a truly exceptional and comfortable travel experience!"
