The Aviary Hotel

We stayed twice; 1x3 nights in a suite (thanks for the upgrade!) and after our trip to Koh Rond we stayed 1 night in a Deluxe Kingfisher which is a very beautiful room. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable bed and had a good sleep. We preferred the Deluxe Kingfisher over the Suite, because it was more cosy and the toilet was in the bathroom as in the suite the toilet is on the other side, but there is no washing basin so you have to walk around to the bathroom anyway. F&B facilities were decent, however the Japanese restaurant was very quiet, but we did like the coffee shop a lot. Also breakfast was very good (although the buffet was a bit small, you can order extra egg dishes). We would like to thank the very friendly staff at the coffee shop, breakfast and the reception to make our stay so pleasent. The hotel has a nice rooftop with a very large pool. Unfortunately people from outside can use it for only US$ 5. There was a lot of noise from a group of 10/15 guests that were in the pool right in front of us very loud, taking photos and video footage which made us uncomfortable, it went on for hours. Actually the pool is quite large and the moment we decided to move towards the back, they also moved with us. The staff didn't do anything about their disturbing behaviour. Also their kids went into the pool with dirty diapers which is so unsanitary that we didn't swim in it.

I stayed for three nights there to attend a training workshop. The location was central to everything especially the famous pub street. They have a good sized pool, but the room was ok. I killed at least 4 mosquitos in the first night. The food could be better and the service staff coud be more friendly given the fairly high price I paid. I am not sure if it was due to the fact that I was alsmost the only Khmer guest there and just became the minority in my own country. I certiainly had a better experience in other hotels I stayed with lower or similar price.

A beautiful budget villa in the heart of the city with great walkability to the markets, pub street, restaurants etc. The staff were the nicest and very communicative before even getting there. They even sent someone to give me a ride from the bus station to the hotel. The rooms are clean and basic. Would recommend living here when on a budget! Of note, there is no elevator and some rooms are on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind when traveling with large suitcases.

I had a great experience staying at the Twitz. The staff were attentive and helpful. A special mention to Sokha at reception who always checked in and helped arrange anything I needed. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and air conditioned.

The room was very comfortable and comfortable, with the details of the paintings made on the walls. Big and very comfortable bathroom. All this clean. Breakfast more than enough, eggs or tortillas, bacon, toasts, butter and marmelade, juice, fruit and coffee or tea. Chanveasna Yeun cared very much for us, provided us free water all day and every two for three gave us cold water towels that were a blessing with the heat he did, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. Five!!!

It is a very young hotel. There is also a self-portrait space on the first floor. The breakfast is also very special, but it is hot and open for dining. The disadvantage is that the room is small and noisy, because there is a Bar upstairs.
