The perfect accommodation for a cheap and quiet stay in Siem Reap.
It's an old building, so the facilities aren't clean, but it's comfortable enough to have no problems.

Nice and very clean room and hotel. Staff personnel are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is very good and yummy!! Location is good and not loud notices. Pool is available and open until 10 pm!!

What a fantastic hotel, this is our second visit inside a month and wouldn't go anywhere else. A family run hotel with great staff, spotlessly clean everywhere, including the pool. Are always made very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.

We had a great experience at the blance residence! We stayed for 7 days in total (due to hospital visits). The staff helped us whenever needed. They are so lovely! Everyday clean room and towels, good breakfast, and great great swimming pool. The tuktuk driver Sieha drove me and my friend to the hospital several times, and we had good contact when and where to pick us up, also for 2 days at Ankor. Highly recommended to ask at the hotel for him as your driver. See you next time, blanc residence!

The hotel staff and the manager are very friendly . With every question the staff is very helpful , what you need and where you want to go. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. As i said ., the hotel is excellent and offers many tasty dishes and many other service offers.

If you want to come to SiemReap I would like to give you highly recommendation for The Blanc Residence. Koy- The hotel manager is always helping with everything, whatever you need. All staff are very nice, have good service and always smile. One of us, can't eat many things, allergic to some food, they always tried to cook her something to make sure that she can have breakfast in the hotel even though we said not a problem. The room is so clean and quiet. I will go back there for sure if I'm going back to SiemReap. There is Tuk Tuk Service as well Mr. Sey Ha never complains he is waiting for us even 2-3 hrs or we changed our mind to go different place and he always takes us to the right spot and always smiles. Next time if you want to go to Siem Reap I highly recommend this place and Koy will give you a good service and good rate for high quality.

I stayed 2 times at the Blanc Residence and everything was perfect , Rooms verry clean , Pool , Staff , Owner , Food , Breakfast realy everything perfect , in the future for my trips with my guests i will come back
