Not really up to the mark of a one-star resort and the standards. We booked for 4 executive suites and the suites did not even have the basic amenities. Ie no towels, no tea coffee kettle, or amenities, the bed linen has blood stains as well as holes, no mini bar stocked up in the room, no hot water in suite # 51 & 52, the suite # 50 the bed base in broken due to that we are unable to use the bed while paying for the room upfront no room move was offered due the reason the resort is fully booked, alternatively a mattress was provided. The rooms were not clean properly even the leftovers from the old guest were found in the rooms ( sugar, empty bottles of water). A whole lot of Dead mosquitoes were next to the mini bar fridge. Suite 51 TV was not working, and sealing lights were fused and not being checked before the room was released by the housekeeping. The connecting door in between the suite 51-52 they were unable to open due tk the fact they don’t have the key for the connecting door. The excuse I got they were busy and that the rooms were not being checked and cleaned properly, they have 70% staff who were no show and the resort is running a full house. I asked for the towels at 4 pm and only 1 towel was delivered at 6:30 pm with an excuse that the towels were getting washed, we are a family of 18 pax adults and kids towels are a basic need that was not in the room as well as not available upon the requests. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, while informed the team they handed over to me the mosquito spray which I had to spray in the room by myself. I have spoken with the front office team and informed them the whole situation is detailed. Paying for 4 suites is not a joke, we need a comfortable stay which I was not able to get due to all the inconveniences we are facing as of now. The food taste is ok, the water park is amazing the kids enjoyed it. Over-experience is ruined, small things make a huge difference. The attached pictures are for reference. Never again even I will be staying here for free not worthy to stay. I do understand it’s an Eid holiday they should have enough manpower to fulfill the requirement of the operation no engineering was available, and no one from senior management was available within the property to speak with the guest and resolve the issue
