Good location, lots of places to eat plus walking distance to bus stop towards the city and Kembangan MRT station. About 2 or 3 front desk service staff are welcoming and polite, both check-in and check-out is fast but there is just 1 lift and 1 staircase to go up and down. Room is ok for me, the aircon is cold and the lights are working fine except for the safe box in my room which was spolit in the last day of check-out and luckily it was solved by housekeeping uncle (hope the safe box would be back to normal). Toilet is a bit small, but the bed is ok yet firm, even though there are a couple of ants both on the table and outside of the safe box but that don't bothered me. Bathtub is ok but the floor might be slippery so better be careful, towels are replenished, the mini fridge is ok, TV can watch just Mediacorp shows and power plug are working properly. Overall it is a good budget hotel if you are not that fussy, so who knows I may come back to book this hotel again.

Front desk staff was friendly and gave me a couple of extra water bottles for free. The rooms are as advertised, small but clean and has a simple bathroom. I checked in the evening before my morning flight out of Singapore and would recommend it to people looking for a good budget airport hotel.

Very comfortable bed and pillow, decor very dated including bathroom. Shower was excellent though and the AC is super. Reception is tiny and in a different building to our room but only 100mtr away if even. Our room was very small but as it was a short visit it was fine. It’s quite a bit out from the city centre but excellent public transport very close.

When I booked this hotel, I asked to check in early if possible. Of course, the standard answer is subject to availability. The check in time was stated to be 2pm. I reach the hotel at around 135pm on check in day. There is no one at the front desk. When we were standing at the front desk area, 2 ladies sitting at the hotel lobby eating, told us check in is at 2pm and to sit and wait. Subsequently, there were other guests who arrived after us and were told the same thing. I think they are short of staff and 1 to 2pm is their lunch break. However, I feel it's not right to let guests wait. At least they can check the system and tell us the rooms are not ready yet, but instead they just informed all guests to just sit and wait until 2pm to check in. When I check in to my room, I notice there is a mouldy smell. There are cobwebs at a few spots. One beside the rain shower, some behind the toilet door, some behind the room door and a lot on top of the TV. Towels look ok. The desk, toilet basin are not properly cleaned. When we checked in, the front desk staff informed us for long stay, we need to request for makeup of room via whatsapp. On the 3rd day, we requested for makeup of room and were told that housekeeping will be doing our room in the afternoon around 230pm. Me and my brother went out for lunch so that they can clean our room. When we came back, the front desk staff informed us that our parents switched on the 'do not disturb' sign for their room so the housekeeping cannot enter. The front desk staff confirmed with us if they can enter the room, me and my brother said yes they can. The front desk staff replied confirm? Then we chiong in (singlish way of saying rush in). We assured them yes. When my parents go back to their room at night, they realized no makeup was done at all. I went to question the front desk, which was another guy on night shift, he told me because the red light is on, maybe the new housekeeping staff don't dare to enter. I said but the front desk confirmed with us and we assured them they can enter. His reply was it is not front desk's job to do housekeeping. Yes of course I understand that but you don't expect me to find the housekeeping staff and tell them personally right?? I felt like they are using the red light as an excuse to claim they are not responsible. I admit that it's my parents mistake to turn on the red light accidentally but since their staff has already asked and we confirmed, it's not a valid excuse anymore to not makeup the room. The next day they made up the room. On the fourth day, my parents feel that the water basin water flow is too small and requested for maintenance to check. The front desk replied they only have one maintenance guy so have to wait for next day. Again they emphasize not to turn on the red light. On the fifth day, we requested for make up of room the next day, but they replied to text them on the day itself because they change shift shift here and there, cannot remember and empha

Hotel is new and smells good. Our family room is a bit small, but enough for a good sleep. Location is not too bad, about 15 minutes walk to the nearest MRT or less than 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. We took bus number 30 to Vivo City for Sentosa and it was convenient. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. If you don't wanna go far for a meal, there are heaps of restaurant options around the hotel. Overall, we are happy and will be back next time. Thanks.

The location is excellent. Staff is helpful. The room is spacious. Cleanliness of the room is ok although the bathroom needs improvements. The reason I gave a 3 stars is the corridor leading to the room was dirty on level two. Because my room is on a busy street side, it is noisy from the traffic. I imagine the rooms on the other would be OK.
