Friendly staff. Good location. Clean towels and linen. Old and not properly working facilities. Did not have hot water. The drain from the shower was clogged.

The hotel its in a strategic location, near to the bus and railway station and near to Ortigia, remarkable is the cappuccino on breakfast!

С большего отель понравился. Отличное расположение - с одной стороны недалеко до острова Ортиджиа, с другой - совсем рядом автобусная станция. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене, говорят на английском, помогли с переходником для розетки (в номере разъем стороной образца). Отличный завтрак. Единственный момент, который омрачил впечатление - сырость в номере. Одежда, полотенца оставались всегда влажными. У нас был номер без балкона - в данном случае он бы очень помог.

當房間門打開，充滿美感的藝術氣息撲面而來。欣賞美的同時聯想到接待我們的長者，他是一位似曾見過的老藝術家特有的氣質，舉止優雅，動作舒展大方，態度彬彬有禮，旅途的疲勞讓美融化了，心情舒暢。牆上的油畫，桌子上的擺設，每一點都透露着對生活的熱愛，對美的讚賞，好温馨的房間，傢俱齊全實用。早餐樣數不多，但有珍貴的小啤梨及桃子和香香的咖啡。餐桌小兒精緻，白色的桌布，每個桌子上都有一個盛開的鮮花，頭頂靠牆高處有一個架子，吃飯時花盆挪上去又是一景。酒店外也乾淨整潔，周圍有香氣四散的麪包店，有大大的超市，還有一問價格嚇跑我先生的海鮮，太貴了，16歐元0.1kg的海鮮。但真的新鮮。火車站離我們很近不用打的士（亂要價），又省了錢，還鍛鍊了身體。這裏的人很友好，年輕的帥小夥主動送我們到酒店，公共司機圍在一起討論幫助我們怎樣去馬耳他……友好的人們，有品位的老服務員，都令人難忘。

Albergo da incubo, non mi era mai capitato un albergo almeno in Italia in queste condizioni,
Appena arrivati in camera sentiamo subito puzza di muffa,inoltre notiamo subito che il copriletto matrimoniale è sporco con diverse macchie ( ovviamente tutto quello sarà scritto e confermato dalle foto allegate) ma la cosa più grave è la fodera interna del cuscino con macchie ematiche ( probabilmente sangue) muri scrostati con evidenti macchie di muffa, il bagno con accessori arrugginiti e mal funzionanti, ciliegina sulla torta, la mattina dopo andando a fare colazione ci accorgiamo che gli yogurt presenti nella sala colazioni sono scaduti da almeno 3 giorni. Insomma un albergo da evitare assolutamente anzi da segnalare al Nucleo Anti Sofisticazioni dei Carabinieri
