I paid 2 nights at this hotel, but end up with only 1 night stay. I was checking out as I couldn't sleep well. This hotel is EXTREMELY DIRTY. The linen is no longer white, many stains, dusty and I felt itchy particularly on my feet. The only benefit is only the location which is across VFS / Kuningan City. For the next time, I prefer to stay a bit further then stay at the dirty bed / room.

For me hotel amaris memiliki letak yg sangat strategis di daerah kuningan sayangnya tidak di topang dengan maintenance yg baik menyebabkan kondisi kamar yg kurang baik bagi sy yg sering travel..terutama kamar mandi shower rusak dan juga kebersihan yg sangat kurang ...kritik ini semoga dpt menambah baik kedepan bagi manajemen amaris satrio kuningan

Nginap disini utk mengurus visa di vfs global.
Tempatnya strategis, tinggal jalan kaki nyebrang zebra cross, nyampe deh ke Mall nya, ga ada 10 menit.
Suara "jalanan" sama kendaraan lumayan berisik sih kedengaran di kamar, tapi tetap nyaman aja sih buat tidur.
Resepsionis dan satpam ramah, kmrn bawa barang bawaan banyak plus koper besar 2 semuanya dibantuin dari nurunin dari taksi, dibawain ke kamar, sampai dipesanin taksi buat pulang sekalian angkatin barang ke taksi. Menu sarapan juga enak dan bervariasi.
Tempat nya lumayan lah utk hotel bintang 2, agak kotor sedikit di tong sampah nya, air panas buat mandinya setel manual, air panasnya pas sore dan malam ngga keluar tapi pas pagi malah panas bgt haha, AC nya dingin, tapi remote TV nya kayaknya baterainya habis males bilang resepsionis jadi gabisa nonton TV deh hehe
Di dalam kamar terdapat teko pemanas air sama brankas kecil, di lorong ada air dingin dan panas gratis refill. Ngga di sediain gula, teh, kopi sachet gitu, jadi kalau mau bikin minum mending bawa sendiri.
Buat harga lumayan pricey sih ya kalau dibandingkan penginapan biasa yg ada di gang2 kecil deket situ, tapi karena pas bgt samping jalan utama, nyaman aksesnya.

Baguss. Cuma kebetulan dpt pintu kamar yg agak susah ditutup. Walau ada beberapa sisi kamar yg kurng disapu dan toilet kurang di sikit tp tetep hotelnya mantap. Dapet free cokelat untuk nyambut new year👍🏻
