Second stay, business trip, close to the airport, convenient. High cost performance, convenient transfer. Good environment, simple service. Around 11 o'clock in the morning, there was an aunt to prepare for cleaning

good. The north building turned out to be another building. The front desk didn't explain it, so we went upstairs to look for it for a long time and asked her again before she personally led us out and walked through the parking lot to another building. It doesn't work if I swipe the access card, and it doesn't work if I change it. In the end it was up to her to do it. Old equipment.

The location is very close to the airport, and there is a restaurant in front of the door. The room is clean and hygienic. There are two buildings, this time the one at the back. The parking spaces surround the building. Breakfast is average, providing disposable tableware, coffee, waffle bread, etc.

The front desk is very slow and stupid. I booked the same room type for two more days and asked me to change the room! If I am willing to carry so much luggage, I will directly change the hotel

The pros: location for long term parking, cookie at check-in
Some of the cons: one of the more frustrating check in experiences ever- painfully slow, got through signing all the forms, filling out all the info only to find that we had been handed the paperwork for someone else’s reservation—- and charged for it on our card. The charge was reversed but very annoying. This was all while I’ve got my 5 year old daughter waiting with me 4 hours past her bedtime on a travel day. Very little apology for the mixup (which we caught, not them). Room was fine- no frills of course but seemed clean.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Adequate breakfast. Room was spacious, bed was comfy. Did have issues: bathroom door was hard to open or close and loud..appeared to be a water leak that soaked some carpet. Staff seemed concerned and will advise

There is a lot to say here but I will focus my attention on Donna W “Assistant General Manager” of this establishment. Donna W is by far the most ignorant, unprofessional, and incompetent hotel staff member ever I’ve ever met in my life in any hotel around the world. She is emotional, irrational, egotistical, and absolutely an abuser of power. People like this should not be given a position of authority. People with her psychological make up will always make it their way or the highway even though she is in the hospitality industry and the customer is always right. (Most of the time). Donna W blatantly lied to me in regards to the house keeping policy and that the hotel was only obligated to clean my room every 3 days. I asked her for a copy of the housekeeping/hotel policy and House rules and she refused my request. Violating my consumer rights because the day after this incident I was able to request and obtain the same documents I asked from Donna W “Assistant GM” from the General Manager of the hotel Jarett Borges who informed me it was absolutely in my right to ask for such documentation and to receive the documentation from his management staff. The documentation stated that yes the hotel is not obligated to clean a room for at least 3 days unless a guest requests it. I requested a cleaning at 6am on 3/16and when I came back to my room that evening it was not cleaned. Wonder how many guest she’s lied and deceived that just took it instead of standing up for their rights

Area around the property is not clean, trains run all hours right next to it, carpets need cleaning, ice machines out of order, only one worked within 4 floors. Cleaning staff very nice and helpful.
