The facilities were perfect, and it was comfortable to have a cable car dedicated to guests who could go directly to therme in the bathrobe figure. However, despite the advance payment via Trip.com, a deposit was charged 50 euros at check-in. It was said that it was refunded after the adjustment of room service etc. However, the refrigerator was empty. There should be no additional. I thought it would be paid back at check-out, but it was said that it would be refunded via the card company after 2 － 3 days. However, even after a week, it has not yet been refunded.

Absolutly amazing hotel with a kind, service minded and solution oriented staff. The rooms were all good and the breakfest buffet had everything you ever needed. This chain hotel is remodeled from an old building. The overall location is good, and the facilities are also four-star. The size of the room is good, and the bathroom needs to be accessed upstairs. This is a last resort to renovate the building, but the bathroom decoration is okay. The breakfast buffet is good for those who like western food, but those with a Chinese appetite may not be used to it. There is a lot of free parking outside. The restaurant on the first floor should be a good place to eat locally, so many non-hotel guests eat here. In short, it is worth recommending.

Good points: Warm, friendly staff at the reception; clean, functional and sufficient WCs and shower areas on each floor; breakfast included (very basic with hot beverages, toasts and cereals, but with some fruits); fully functional kitchen and plenty of cozy space in the common areas to chill alone or in groups. Can be improved: dormitory beds were not very clean when I arrived (previous bed sheets were still on, and some sweets were left behind on the bed... though these might be a bit hard to control on the hostel's side). Other than that, there was not much else to complain. I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Liège on a budget. One thing to note: Location is a bit far off from the Liège-Guillemins station by foot: better to reach by bus.
