I have traveled to more than 30 countries over the past 12 years, and this is the first time I have truly felt that I could call a hotel ”home”—even though so many hotels try to create that feeling. We live in France and flew to China for vacation, hoping to experience both the peaceful natural wonders and the lively local culture of Yangshuo. This hotel’s location is perfect! It sits directly in front of the Li River with an unobstructed view, yet it is just a short walk to West Street and the harbor. We could easily switch between a peaceful, relaxing session overlooking the river and an energetic exploration of the local crowds. Taking a warm bath while gazing at the river and mist-shrouded mountains—all while enjoying local tea and sweets—was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is brand new, featuring excellent and spotless facilities, including a 24-hour free self-service laundry and a rooftop with stunning open views. The design beautifully blends modern style with local Chinese Zhuang culture. On top of that, the hotel offers free access to local ”Ta-Ying” activities, photo shoots in traditional minority costumes, and discounted tickets for popular local shows like Impression Liu Sanjie. Most importantly, the hospitality was extraordinary. The team treated us with immense care and kindness from the moment we arrived until well after we got back home to France! They used professional translation devices to ensure seamless communication. The hotel manager, Ms. Ni, along with front desk staff Ms. Deng and Ms. Li, not only responded attentively to every request throughout our stay, but also provided invaluable advice for exploring Yangshuo. We were even given a thoughtful gift set when checking out at 6:00 AM, followed by a warm message once we returned home. This level of hospitality truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and hard work, and I wish the entire team and the hotel all the best!

The location is absolutely amazing, with layered mountain views to the left and direct access to the Yulong River on the right – the natural scenery is just breathtaking. The first floor has an indoor children's play area and a huge lawn, so much fun that the kids didn't want to leave. The infinity pool on the second floor is perfect for kids to splash around and play, totally enhancing the vacation vibe. The rooftop observation deck is incredibly photogenic! Sipping afternoon tea with a breeze, you can take some truly beautiful photos here. Breakfast was rich in variety and delicious; the kids ate their fill. The staff were super friendly towards children, service gets full marks. This hotel is truly excellent, it's the first one my son picked out. We initially chose it for the recreational facilities, but once we arrived, we found every service to be incredibly thoughtful. The room was spacious enough, and the bed felt like it was 2.4 meters wide, so no worries about the kids rolling around. The breakfast was basically flawless, everything tasted delicious. In the evening, they even thoughtfully prepared sweet soup. They are very kid-friendly, and all the facilities are new and fully functional, very smart. Things like the voice-controlled toilet, using XiaoDu to control the TV, calling the front desk, etc., were all incredibly convenient. There were many foreigners staying there, and the staff could generally communicate well with them. Overall, the living experience was truly great.

Hidden away in the mountains, Muye Hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are clean and tidy with simple yet elegant decor, and the bedding ensures a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The views from the windows are expansive and perfect for taking great photos. Overall, it's excellent value for money. It's a very comfortable place for a relaxing holiday, and definitely worth another visit!

Bringing my elderly parents and child to Yangshuo this time, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is located right at the exit of the boat pier, making it incredibly convenient to get to West Street and Yulong River. This saved us a lot of hassle traveling with seniors and a child. What delighted my child the most was the Western restaurant on the fourth floor, which served all his favorite dishes – he was so happy with every meal. The highly-rated restaurant on the first floor also had amazing food, so we never had to worry about where to eat as a family. The hotel's service and facilities were very thoughtful: free parking, assistance with booking discounted tickets, and if you don't want to wash clothes, there are washing machines and dryers on the fifth floor. After a tiring day, you can even relax with a massage or spa on the first floor. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to families traveling with kids!

Great stay in Yangshuo! We encountered a minor issue during our visit, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently, which was a huge relief. Our family room was spacious and perfectly laid out for a family. The views from the window were absolutely stunning. We also enjoyed the ethnic costume photo experience, which added a wonderful atmosphere to our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

My impression of this place: breathtaking mountain and river scenery, perfectly blended with a clever mix of old and new architecture. Everything is beautifully presented, thanks to the vision of architect Dong Gong. The hotel facilities and room functionalities are well-designed, and the service is warm and attentive. You can truly relax here. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants on-site offer excellent cuisine. The outdoor pool (with its stunning views) is a highlight of the outdoor areas. You can easily arrange a bamboo raft tour of the Li River by simply walking down a few steps. The impressive 'Impression Sanjie Liu' show is just a 10-minute drive away. The buildings are scattered among the mountains, intertwined with reflective water features, showcasing rich and thoughtful details that are exquisite day and night, making it well worth a thorough appreciation.

Stayed in Yangshuo for two nights, and the B&B experience was quite good, offering excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and gentle. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The front desk lady had big, kind eyes and a soft voice, she was very cute! The hotel's breakfast was also good; you could even make special requests. For instance, my friend didn't want rice noodles, so they were happy to swap it for two sandwiches and two eggs. The staff's attitude was truly top-notch! 👍

Yangshuo Shixi Tianyue Hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to West Street and the Li River pier. It's a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering scenic mountain and river views, and the bedding is very comfortable. The rooftop Sky Mirror is perfect for photos. The hotel also features a swimming pool, a kids' playground, and a rich breakfast selection. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and parking is convenient for those driving. It's easy to get around and explore, offering great value for money.

Our family of three had a fantastic stay here! The hotel grounds are huge, and our child absolutely loved the peacocks roaming around – we'd often spot them, which made the trip really fun. The room was spacious, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk even provided children's amenities. The facilities are comprehensive, with a kids' play area, a swimming pool, and even a sightseeing train. The back gate leads directly to the Li River. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the Guilin rice noodles were delicious. Some facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't detract from our vacation. We didn't even need to leave the hotel to keep our child entertained. Our child still talks about the peacocks, so I highly recommend this for families with kids.
