This hotel is amazing to me: -First of all, the location is in the city center, it is very very convenient, it is too convenient to book a car at the door. -Next door is the front desk, bar, swimming pool, many foreigners swimming in the pool, basking in the sun, very comfortable. -The room design is too attentive, very modern and has an art gallery, the favorite is the bathtub on the balcony, it is too comfortable, and you can see the pool view from the balcony. -The waiters at the hotel are all local, everyone will smile for you, the service is very very good! Stay here every minute and enjoy!

So far so good but the hotel is way too dark at the night time and there’s quite convenient as the temple cafe open 24/7 !!! Just opposite the hotel. There’s one good Korean restaurant open 24hour too . We had supper there (walking distance 3mins)

A magnificent hotel! Everything was perfect! Superb location and wonderfully attentive service. We requested an early check-in the day before, and the esteemed Mr. Sovanvitou EA kindly replied that he would assist us if the hotel's availability allowed. The hotel is very modern, design-forward, and functional. Everything is catered for guests, and everything works and adjusts perfectly: the air conditioning, the water, and there's even a place to dry clothes. The pillows, mattress, and duvet are perfect, making for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness is impeccable. Our flight was canceled, so we checked out and were sitting in the lobby booking new flight tickets. The hotel staff asked if we needed any help, brought us water, and said we could use the shower for free if needed, even though we hadn't asked for anything. The staff repeatedly offered their help and care, which was truly wonderful.

Hotel was lovely and location just perfect. Everyone was so kind to us and helpful. Room was incredibly spacious and quite clean. Little balcony cute as well. We genuinely have no complaints. We even got to use pool at Resort since we were guests at Resident and we truly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend this hotel 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Sun & Moon Chamkar Mon Hotel. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. The room was quiet and well-equipped, and the location was very convenient. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

This hotel boasts an excellent location for sightseeing, right behind Central Market. While the breakfast buffet didn't have a vast selection, I really enjoyed the noodle bar where the staff cooked fresh noodles to order. However, the refrigerator in my room wasn't working, so I called the front desk. They said someone would come to the room, but no one ever showed up, so I eventually gave up on using the fridge. It seems they cater more to Chinese speakers, and English support isn't something to count on. Despite that, the room facilities themselves were very clean and new. Considering the cost of living in Phnom Penh, I thought it offered good value for money.

This was our third time at this hotel, and we were a bit disappointed. Our deluxe room on the 9th floor was very small, only 16 sqm. When the sun was shining on that side, it felt like an oven. The AC ran 24 hours a day. In the evenings, the music was very loud as it faced Bassac Lane, but we always carry earplugs with us. We also found the breakfast wasn't as good as before; everything tasted quite bland. The coffee, however, was still good. The staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful. But for us, this will probably be our last visit.

The location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10. Taxi availability gets a 9/10. For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10. There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness. Cleanliness was a 7/10. Overall, the price was acceptable.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this experience was just okay. The air conditioning is very old and wasn't cold enough. After two nights, I requested a room change, which the front desk arranged. The service was alright. The best advantage is its location right by the Central Market, which is convenient for shopping.

Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
