Housekeeping person, Subrata always serves with a smile and is courteous. The room is properly clean and bathroom toiletries are replenished. It is greatly appreciative of the hard work and dedication put in daily excellent service with a big smile. Thanks for piece of mind in the stay.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Sriperumbudur and had an exceptional experience. The room was immaculate and comfortable, thanks to the diligent efforts of Santu, who ensured it was well taken care of throughout my stay. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Great job, Fairfield by Marriott team!

Overall is good. House keeping is ok, although not perfect. Bed and pillow are too soft for me.Front desk are perfect, always feel welcoming. Restaurant food is above average. Not get attention in restaurant sometimes to request for coffee, etc, when too ***y people, overall ok.

Vanakkam! Outstanding hospitality! Fairfield Marriot Sriperumbudur made my 3-week business trip feel like a stay among friends. From the friendly receptionists (Sona, Rahul, Pream, Ra***, Camelia, Kurush) who welcomed me warmly to the friendly conversations with the chefs (Mumtaz, Poli, Senthil, Sibil) and waitstaff (Yash, Gopal, Ritick, Nikhil, Riya, Bikash), every moment was filled with warmth and hospitality. Special thanks to Velavan for enriching my stay with insightful tours to Kanchipuram and Mahabalipuram. Despite traveling alone, I felt like I had made ***y friends during my stay. I never felt lonely as the staff made an effort to connect with me on a personal level. Food was yummy as I love Indian cuisine. Dosa rules! Best hotel experience ever! I can’t wait to return. This review is in regards to housekeeping services during my stay: I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for months at a time. The housekeeper I see frequently that services my room is “Santu”. He does an excellent job in checking in with me to see if I need any cleaning services whenever I see him in the hallway. The team leaves ample amount of towels, water, and toiletries to last for days. I request the A/C vents to be cleaned as well since the air that circulates from outside is very dirty and messes up my congestion/immune system. They have no problem cleaning it.

Great service by staff. especially by Subrata. The food was also really good. The cleanliness of the rooms was also nice. The bad point is the frequent electrical breakdown. But I understand that this is not the hotel fault. I will come back for sure
