面朝湖，房間沒有空調，我們9月下旬入住白天27度左右，房間內很悶，如果夏天入住沒有空調就太難受了。晚上不能開窗開陽台門，蚊子飛進來搞得我們無法入睡。洗浴用品是二合一，還是用自己帶的吧。房東英語很差溝通很累，還給我們指錯了開船時間，我們最後問了路人才明白。也沒告訴我們他們提供哪些免費的水上娛樂設備

酒店設施和環境都很不錯，我是陪着八十多歲的父母來的，很驚喜這裏居然還有電梯，衹是都設在半層處，出來還是需要長者家再爬半層樓梯，好奇怪。
臨走退房時讓我每間房單獨再付39歐元的打掃費用，我問為什麼，説是這是公寓房，需要打掃廚房。我説我衹住了一個晚上過夜，根本沒有用過廚房。估計因為我是維也納過來的，德語流利，所以就免了。看了之前的評論，很多人遇到過這個問題，所以想預訂的人還是要考慮一下。
這個酒店適合多住幾天，就在湖邊，環境超級美，房間很大，而且緊挨着沙夫山登山火車，附近也有中餐廳披薩店等，所以多住幾天，這個清潔費用還是值得的。
