The hotel looks new and well designed. It operates like a hostel though, equipped with essential amenities only. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it has easy access to supermarkets but limited choices of restaurants. Staff are polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. But cleaning takes place every other day. Breakfast average.

After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

The hotel has a great location. Unfortunately, the room was pretty worn and not clean. On the second day, the room was forgotten to be cleaned. We had to get towels from reception in the evening so we could even shower. What a pity!

It was a very good night experience. The hotel is in a good location, with Chinese restaurants and department stores nearby. You can take a shuttle bus across the street to go directly to the outlet shopping center.

The room was clean and larger than I expected.

The hotel room is relatively small. But the parking area is not very obvious, the parking lot is across the street. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient. There are restaurants and grocery stores.
