環境優美，出遊方便，硬件一流，服務到位。再説説瑕疵: 蚊蟲多了點，在山裡這也是難免；早餐品種略少；中餐廳人多的時候服務跟不上。但是瑕不掩瑜，總之體驗感還是很棒！下次來還住這裏。

酒店在景區裏面，住酒店送門票，酒店設施設備很新，衞生乾淨，環境優美，服務很好，工作人員很熱情，在繁忙的工作中抽點時間和閨蜜來一場説走就走的旅行，從武漢出發三個小時就到了，此次旅行太棒了

超出預期
環境：在山谷裏，旁邊有個湖，風景優美，房間升級成了湖景房。房間用品齊全，也很寬敞。
周邊綠植非常密集，可以聽到蛙聲，鳥鳴，旁邊就是鹿園，孔雀園，偶爾還聽得到清脆的鈴鐺聲。
就是晚上睡覺房間會有小飛蟲，我個人是不介意的，如果怕蟲的小夥伴大概得問下有不有高樓層房間會好一點。
服務：由於定的比較倉促，下午16:00前台打電話告知了車子可以開上山，並且提前安排把門票送到保安室了，並做了開車安全提醒；ps：去酒店盤山公路真的很繞，上上下下，全是S彎，最大角度感覺都超過45度了。不過車很少，體驗一把現實飛車感覺。
設施：酒店有中餐廳、早餐自助餐，餐廳價格還挺划算，沒有貴很多，還有一些套餐，2個人點菜200就可以吃的比較好了。PS：酒店洗浴用品包裝有點LOW，但是味道很高級，湖北文旅選品肯定差不了。
衞生：衞生還不錯，光腳走在房間地上完全沒啥問題。
最驚喜的就是人少了，8:00-8:30去自助餐廳一個人都沒有，我懷疑是不是就我自己當天入住，但是品質還是在線的，一頓中飯，一頓晚飯，一頓自助餐全在酒店吃的，服務大姐就服務我一個人，包場，超值！！！

大洪山風景區風景不錯，空氣新鮮。我們住的是自在谷酒店，中式裝修，房間衞生，這裏的服務員都很熱情，走到每一個位置服務員都很有禮貌。早餐豐盛，牛肉麪好吃。酒店旁邊還有孔雀和梅花鹿，小傢伙玩的很開心。

大山裡面有這樣一家酒店真的很驚喜。從酒店前台的暖心關懷到客房的熱情讓我們一家老少很暖心。酒店房間有陽台，衞生做的很乾凈。晚上睡得很舒服，很安靜。早餐也很豐盛，吃的很飽。非常滿意？

大洪山自在谷，歡迎語“隨來隨自在”，全程基本上都需要自駕，這樣去各個景區方便，山裡都是 180 度的彎，老司機合適，新手需謹慎。 酒店客人不多，服務不錯，酒店活動區域不大，下午遊玩兩王洞，晚餐在酒店吃的，還不錯，當地菜很新鮮，員工服務熱情周到細緻，金頂也不難爬，我們腿上去的大概一個小時，登頂還是壯觀的，天氣好值得一去🤩

房間裏衞生乾淨服務很好隨叫隨到。環境不錯空氣清新，早上坐在陽台上喝茶享受清晨的陽光，可以欣賞河邊的美景，去各個景點都很方便，大洪山真是值得去旅遊的好地方

淡季入住，顧客少，房間給升級了湖景房，服務不錯。酒店是大洪山景區裏面是最豪華的一家，酒店房間設施以及公共配套都很齊全。配置有地下停車場，很適合自駕。淡季顧客比較少，早餐花了心思提供。等夏秋季再來一次，非常值得入住。
