We have had a great time stayed at the Nikko hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous and the level of service is great. Particularly the lady at the front desk,( I completely forgot to obtain her name) who is so kind at explaining our needs to the cab driver and even asking the driver to contact the hotel should we face any difficulties in making payment through WeChat. What a kind and thoughtful gesture by her. Thank you.

The room was very nice,clean. Service was great, I brought my both over 80‘s parents with me. They got pamppered and welcomed everywhere we went in this hotel. Lovely lobby located at the 46‘s floor,modern and contemporary. Great place for photo shoots.Gym Is Open 24 hours, entrance is easy, self-service just Scan your room card. Swimmingpool open 7:00am till about 22:40pm,just be polite and give them 20minutes to clean and tidy up,though they said open till 11:00am. Breakfast have lots of choices. There are rice noodles and noodles,dimsum,spring rolls, fried dumplings,local cusine such as:青团;发糕, stir-fried dishes。Cold dishes and cereals and yourghts. Fesh fruits. They have soyal bean milk, as well as normal milk. about 4-5 different juices. Coffee made to orders. They will bring your choice of coffee to you. The service is about 6star. Especially little details such as if you need any extra towels ,you can just dial operator. They will immediately bring to your room. Surrounding by shopping center and malls, make eating out easier,plenty choices. Overall this is a cost-efficient, great five star hotel for families even with elderly.

Polite front desk clerk. Room was OK, kind of average but no complaint. Window glass was unbelievably dirty that you don't want open the curtain even sunshine was beautiful. What really surprised me was breakfast. Food was obviously not matching Shangri-La brand equity. Maybe it was due to weekend promotion but no idea. When we arrived the table was not ready. I waited for the table yo be cleaned. A young lady came with tablewares. Before she did any cleaning she dropped the tablewares on the table and then about to clean. I asked her why she did that before cleaning. She realized something and moved the tablewares to a chair (CHAIR!) which is another surprise. But the best part has yet to start. She used a mop to rub on the table. I could see some food residues turning into paste and spreading on the table. The rest was wiped off to carpet...! Can you believe? How did you guys train and qualify new staff before the start working? I complained to the manager. Fortunately He understood and and cleaned the carpet. Shangri-La was one of my favorites. Hope it will continue to be.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a bustling Japanese-style pedestrian street next to it, which is full of Japanese food restaurants. There are many options. From the conversation, I can hear that there are many Japanese passers-by and diners. I believe these stores are very authentic. The hotel facilities and sanitary conditions are very complete and comfortable. L'Occitane toiletries, smart toilets, and household appliances such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, and washing machines are also equipped. The cleaning staff is also very good. Because the handover was late in delivering water to the room, they apologized repeatedly. The only puzzling thing is the indifference and stiffness of the attitude of the hotel front desk staff, which is completely inconsistent with the hotel hardware! It stands to reason that such hotel facilities must have an efficient management team, but why is the attitude of the front desk staff, especially a man, so cold and bad? His expression, tone, and attitude are extremely stiff and condescending, which makes people feel completely unable to feel at home. It is really puzzling 🤔!

The staff cleaned the environment well...The Breakfast though needs more Western style variety. The hotel is located close to a shopping mall and there are eating options there. Not knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find. On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests. The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it! The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available. Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere. On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si. At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the New City Grand Rezen Hotel was a memorable one. I was celebrating my birthday and had asked the hotel to decorate the room and such. They did an excellent job and even got me a cake. The hotel is of a modern design and very clean. The front desk staff are very accommodating and very respectful. The amenities are great, the ambiance of the hotel is great. I only wish the location of the hotel was in a central location.

This is the first time I brought my family to Suzhou for a trip. I have stayed in many hotels before. This time I booked Suzhou Wangfu Jinke Hotel. I checked the map. The main reason is that the location of this hotel is very good. There is a complex shopping mall next to it. It is really convenient. There is a subway near the hotel. The subway is still the first choice for holidays. I went to the hotel lobby and took the initiative to help me. I am really grateful. When checking in at the front desk, the service was really considerate. I liked the high floor of the room and the view was very good. I have to say that the hotel experience for this trip was really good. Next time I come to travel, I will still choose Suzhou Wangfu Jinke Hotel. Thank you for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff.
