Phnom Penh Hotels with Pools

Location: at center of Phnom Penh, easily reach by grab. Room: neat and clean, size wise just ok, I get a nice view of Mekong river. Breakfast: variety not much but just ok you can request staff for additional egg menu. Staff: really friendly and greet you everytime. Shoutout to the breakfast staff who check with you everytime. Improve: although the towel is clean but it looks old and some have light yellowish stain which believes unable to wash out. It visible to naked eye. Which really unpleasant.

The staff's attentiveness and smiles were excellent. The hotel is near the Royal Palace, so it's a safe area. It's also very close to bus route 240. The facilities were very clean, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious, with the menu changing slightly every day. Personally, I really enjoyed the noodles. The sky bar and rooftop pool offered beautiful views of the Royal Palace during the day and a stunning night view. Although there's no washing machine, laundry service is available at the front desk and is reasonably priced per kilogram. I would love to stay here again.

Arrived at Phnom Penh Airport in the early morning, with a connecting flight to Siem Reap in the afternoon. So I found this hotel near the Royal Palace to get some rest, and I could also relax my feet after visiting the palace. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to several attractions. Upon arrival, I felt the room I originally booked didn't have a good view, so I asked the staff to upgrade me to a spacious room with a balcony and a view. Overall, the conditions felt similar to a budget hotel in China. The hygiene was just average, and the facilities and bedding were quite old. Breakfast was not provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The room was kept very clean, and I could tell that the staff paid attention to the small details. It is always reassuring when you stay at a hotel and don't have to worry about cleanliness or maintenance, and this hotel definitely gave me that feeling. Another thing I really enjoyed was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The common areas were clean, attractive, and comfortable. The design and decoration created a pleasant environment without feeling too crowded or overwhelming. It was a great place to relax, whether I was spending time in the room or enjoying the hotel's facilities. The location was also very convenient. It was easy to get around and access nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, and other places I wanted to visit. Having a convenient location made a big difference because I didn't have to spend too much time traveling from one place to another. The hotel staff were consistently friendly throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and other employees. Good customer service can really make or break a hotel experience, and in this case, the staff made my stay much more enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's facilities, and I was pleased with the quality and cleanliness. Everything appeared to be well maintained, and it was clear that the hotel puts effort into providing a comfortable experience for its guests. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and was impressed by the combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, and excellent customer service. There are many hotels to choose from, but what made this experience stand out was the friendly staff and the feeling that the hotel genuinely cared about its guests. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip, and I would happily recommend this hotel to friends, family, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I had a very happy stay at this hotel, it’s showing signs of age but still perfectly acceptable, location was good for me as pretty central to access everything easily by Tuk Tuk. Pool area is very pleasant but sometimes staff absent so had to phone down, some good food deals and beer and drink available, some towels again showing signs of age so could do with being replaced. Restaurant on site and breakfast seven selection for all at $7 so good value. The staff as always in Cambodia are brilliant, I had good banter with the guys on the door and often bought them coffees and brought pastries for them. The coffee shop / stall offers coffees at$2.50 so good value as well and freshly made. The superior room was a god size, bed comfy and the shower was a good size and water was very good… I had a couple of small issues in the room but maintenance were in the room fixing it with 10 mins so absolutely fantastic. However the USB power sockets either side of the end did not work and could not be fixed so had to obtain an adapter as the UK socket would not fit the bedside outlets. I am returning in November and see no reason why I won’t stay here again, it’s a balance of value against facilities and this I believe is a great value for money hotel, yes there are fancier hotels ata much higher price and likewise there are cheaper ones that are definitely not up to the standard of this hotel. Enjoy your stay and please buy the guys a coffee and bring back a pastry if your out (they like the ones with custard in the middle lol)

The room was alright but the toilet bowl was disgusting. It looked as if someone peed on it and it was not cleaned properly.I was advised by myself by my friend that the hotel is goos but my experience was a total opposite. Very disappointing.

I booked a room here for 5 nights and then even extended my stay for another 2 nights. The hotel is located quite central in the city, so it is easy to get around. The room was clean and nice. The staff is friendly and speaks English well and - not that it's important - the girls at the front desk looked really cute ;o). In other reviews I read complaints about the hotel not having hot water (but just a rooftop solar water heater), which is true but was not a problem for me at all. Reality is that it never gets cold anyway and therefore the water also never gets really cold. I recommend it and would stay here again - no doubt about that.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us throughout our stay and made our experience very pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing place to stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Turned up at 6am as arrived on the overnight bus. My 2 cabin cases were carried upstairs for me to my awaiting “pod”! It had a light, plug socket & usb socket and fan, clean bedding! I slept for 5 hours until I had to leave for my plane. Bed was comfy, slept like a baby. Didn’t have time to use the amenities but saw a pool, a bar, pool table, menus , plenty of games - looked like it would’ve been a fun time! Arrived at the airport and realised I’d left my backpack & laptop etc !!! Couldn’t find the telephone no: but sent a grab and the bar man helped locate it and I managed to get it before the flight! If only I’d had more time - looked fun !

Pool is not so clean, Trash aren’t pick up. staff are good and friendly. they have free laundry but the next problem is how to get it dry. i booked for 9nights and just stayed for 4nights. i asked them to help me have a refund for the remaining 5nights. but they kept on telling me they can’t do anything and won’t do a refund. well ofcourse they can if they only want but they take advantage in your change of plans. real PET FRIENDLY
