The location of the place is super! Walking distance to Taipei Main Station and many bus stops. The hotel is clean and the room is well insulated so that I can sleep really well. The room is a bit on the small side - but that is expected given the reasonable price of the hotel. Highly recommend it.

The staffs are generally friendly and helpful, has good knowledge when queries were made. Personally find that it is valued for money.
However, would like to suggest that a few hooks in the bathroom may be helpful when guests are using it, and also, maybe can provide handwash soap at the basin area.

The hotel location is superb very near to taipei station Y13 exit and the room is clean but a bit too small.

The hotel is near to Taipei Main Station, so it's convenient for us who are travelling to Taipei for the first time. The other reviews from fellow travellers helped me find my way to the hotel, use exit Y13 of the Taipei City Mall and it's only about less than 5 minutes walk from there. They allow us to leave our bags in the morning prior to check in time, check in and check out process was smooth, provided iron and ironboard for us, the room was clean. It's just that their definition of making up the room is I guess only throwing up trashes and replacing water bottles. The bed wasn't made up and towels were not replaced every day. Not a dealbreaker for me though. When you are not bringing luggages, I suggest you walk by the roadside, can go down to any exits that you found because walking underground can be suffocating sometimes and it feels farther than it seems for me. 😄 Overall, would stay here again when I come back one day!!

The location quite convenient, go down to the streets can get many delicious Taiwan food🤤
