It was easy check-in and it was yes a place to sleep when your tired,I really don't understand why they request a $100 deposit, they did said it will take 2 to 3 weeks for my deposit to be returned

Bed springs were broken so bed was uncomfortable. Hot water was broken so had to take a cold shower every day. Hotel is not well kept or clean. And for $450 for 3 nights the only good thing was the convenient location. Men at the front desk were nice and helpful but this hotel
Is very ran down. Carpets smell and dust everywhere. I needed towels my day of checkout and I could not take a COLD shower due to them running out of clean towels. Wish I stayed elsewhere.

Hotel wasn't near what i expected. First room given had a lot of flying insects between the entrance an the bathroom. Bed wasn't the cleanest.The toilet was loose in the second room. I was very displeased.

Extremely disappointing stay. Filthy hotel with dirty rooms and hallways. No towels or any basic amenities. No clean bedroom, bedsheets or pillows. Front desk service below the basic standards and absolutely nothing included in breakfast. Not even tea or fruits.

Charged $25 to check in “early”, Check In Time 3, I got there at 1:30. So is everyone who get there slightly early supposed to stand in the Lobby (there are no chairs) and then all get in line at 3 as the one person manning the desk works us all in.
I think the Patels had a meeting and decided this was a good way to generate extra revenue
By the way, they don’t discount if you check out the posted check out time, which would be fair based on this policy
