"The location is somewhat remote, and the stated geographical location is very close to Tbilisi Railway Station - this information is very inaccurate. Google shows: There are no train stations nearby. Fortunately, the girl at the front desk was nice and helped us take a taxi, and the fare was reasonable."

"The hotel is near Freedom Square, surrounded by government agencies. Opposite the hotel is the Georgian National Security Department and the Parliament Building. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Freedom Square Metro Station. It takes about half an hour to walk to Mother Fortress, Peace Bridge and Holy Trinity Church. Across the road, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Carrefour Supermarket, which is very convenient for buying fruit juice, etc. There are many restaurants around, and it is also convenient to eat. The key is that the room price including breakfast is more than 500, which is cost-effective."
"Amazing new hotel in a beautiful location. It’s very close to the main attractions from Tbilisi and the street where the hotel is itself very nice. Also good that there’s a tour operator 5 min walk away which you can use to take any of the tours that are outside of Tbilisi. I would recommend this place with no issues at all"
"The place is pleasant and comfortable, very clean also . The personal that works at the hotel are very kind , friendly and very helpful. Location is convenient because is just a walking distance from everything, like restaurants, stores, bars and bank . I have enjoyed my stay and recommended to everyone. I will go back there next time I’m in Tbilisi Georgia."
"Stayed with my wife for her birthday. I really liked it, great location, good view from the windows, had a balcony, delicious breakfast in the view restaurant upstairs."

Definitely a great value for money
KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
SSukueryiyetaThe breakfast is good, rich and delicious, with many varieties of cheese. Datang and public areas are of star standard, and the rooms are of express standard. There are dogs barking at night on the street, which is very noisy. The waiters are very active in carrying luggage, so remember to tip.
MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
GGuest UserGreat experience in this cozy and wonderful hotel. We liked everything starting from interesting building of the hotel itself, spacious room and very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with live piano music or on the sunny terrace.
We were very happy choosing this hotel, great location near by with bar/restaurants street as well as park zone and just 10 mins walking distance to Liberty square
GGuest UserThe hotel room is not too big,but it is very worth it's price.I feel very comfortable.very clean, also workers here are very helpful.everytime i come to Tbilisi i want to live here cause it's amazing breakfast,as person like me who often eat rice, this kind of breakfast i can continuely eat for hours, espeally the jams,so good, with black bread perfect match.
RRobertIf you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.
AAminathBreakfast could do better but other than that and the cleaning ladies need to be a bit quite when they are cleaning the rooms specially in the morning. They need to do some renovations as well.
Other than that all good. I requested to extend for two nights very last minute but they agreed without hesitation.
Rooms are cleaned well.
