a terrible and disgraceful hotel was the worst hotel I stayed in turkey everything is old broken showers green mold if you do not get extra from the hotel hotel staff and afcan are working and they do not even say good morning because the balloon and everything you will get in the hotel is very expensive do not be fooled we advise you to buy from outside!!! take it out

Hello, honestly, I don't know why others give 5 points here. My experience was very negative, as follows. The romance cave depicted in the photos stinks and smells. Since we refused to stay here, we were offered another cave that also stinked, which we refused again. Then we were offered the suite in the house, where we only had 2 beds, but we needed 3. After long conversations I had to book another room for 70€/night (top price, normal 140€/night). The coolest thing is, we were the only guests there, 6 or 7 (2 of them caves) were all empty. Instead of accommodating us accordingly, you will be ripped off here! The beds are uncomfortable, rooms are too small, cleaning is not done every day. You should also not book offered attractions through the hotel, because here too the 50% is added. Go to the nearby agencies, you can get good prices there.

The best choice! The owner is great! He had a puppy and he let it play with my daughter all the time. The food was excelent! The view was incredible, the rooms are beautiful and they help you book your tours

We came for a one day trip to cappadoccia and enjoyed a lot our stay in this hotel. I would like to thanks Ziya for being so helpful and kind to us. Thanks to him we had a very memorable stay. He is the employee of this place and one of the best person. The breakfast was delicious! Everyone was super kind and thanks to the owners too for their facilities!

Excellent! Friendly! Boutique. Great view from the rooms facing the Pigeon Valley and from the rooftop. Just be reasonable and clear on what you ask for and it’s done! Easy communications with the hotel management. (They provide budget and quality transportation too.) Also, access to fancy restaurants is very easy.

The stay at this hotel was amazing! We had an amazing experience in Cappadocia thanks to Malik the manager and his team. Malik took charge of the tour bookings, got us better prices for the tours and reminded the pickup hours, his team made sure we wake up to make it to the hot air balloon trip, always looked up for us to having a comfortable and pleasant stay and made great breakfast. The facilities are clean, cozy and have a casual romantic vibe, the room was neat and clean and the roof has an mesmerizing view. Definitely recommend this hotel!

It was an incredible experience for me and my family to stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, the views from the terrace was awesome! They gave us free coffee at 6 am for us to see the balloons at the terrace!! The food was unbelievable!!!!!! We stayed for one night and 2 days with my husband and my 4 year old girl and we had a blast!!!!! Thank you!!!! The best choice

This is a great place to stay for a vacation. I liked everything. They take care of you with everything and help you book tours and transportation to and from the airport. They are always available to help and very nice people. The service is great and we felt very well taken care of. The view from the rooms is directly to were the hot air balloons are launched, so you can always see the sunrise with the balloons. You can also watch the sunrise from the terrace. The room is pretty good and comfortable. The temperature is always perfect. The breakfast is very delicious, they give you many options of olives, cheeses, eggs, salad, sweet spreads and fresh bread. One of the best breakfast I had in turkey and my favorite way to start the day. Definitely schedule some time to enjoy breakfast. Turkish tea and coffee is available all day. Now for the area, it's a very beautiful area, very calm, has stores and restaurants close by. I would definitely come back.
