Facilities: Old but clean
Although there was a little hiccup, the front desk quickly resolved it, and there was a receptionist who spoke Chinese who was pretty good. Overall it's better than expected!

I use it every time I go on a business trip and I am very satisfied.
I am very satisfied with the facilities as well as the breakfast.
It's close to downtown, so there are plenty of restaurants around.

No concept of customer service. No proper blankets and when asked to provide warmer blankets (they gave bedsheets for blankets), they said it’s not been washed since winter (6 months ago). At breakfast buffet, asked for extra meat in Pho, and staff said they did not have enough for guests. Cockcroaches in dining area.
