We slept 3 nights in this place when we were going to explore the Swan Valley and its vineyards. Prons Nice rooms. With a sitting corner and dining table. Good cleaning. Located within approx. 20 minutes from various wineries. Own terrace with table and chairs. Barbecue area with grill. Quiet air conditioning. Pool open 10:00 Pm Hot pool. Cons Responsive, clearly heard the neighbors when they were talking. Avoid connected rooms. The pool area. Felt like a public bathing area. No toilets at the pool. Lots of children in the pool. No dedicated parking space. When we arrived on 3/3 (Saturday) the parking lot was full.

Location was great - lovely place for families
Sadly the service was substandard- slow - understaffed and low motivated staff.
We had one hour wait of food from cafe / half an hour wait for some eggs at bfast / an incorrectly working app for room service
When addressed it seems everything pointed to poor staffing .. loved the sunsets and kangaroos on the golf course

The size & location was excellent, the amenities excellent. Unfortunately our sliding door was broken & unable to close it rang Reception gentleman came over to look at it & said it couldn’t be fixed until the next day but they have cameras so all good!! Not good for 2 women & 2 young children to sleep all night with an open door.

We stayed 3 nights in a two bed apar**ent. On arrival our address stated 79 hermitage rd , we arrived to find no reception spent 30 mins on side of the road trying to call resort with no reply’s . We decided to drive into the Novetel reception to ask where we would check in . Only to be told here this is the check in for the Sebel. No signs and the wrong address given . Apar**ent was fabulous but full of spiders dust and cobwebs ( see pics ) . Then we were told to ***** our beds on departure (see pic) At just over $400 dollars a night and not serviced I think expecting your guests to ***** the beds is very rude . Lovely resort but terrible house keeping .

We have stayed at The Sebel twice now and find it very relaxing (other than, this time, the children in the adjoining room were crazy noisy! Thankfully not constantly)

As usual was very nice but unfortunately this time there were some families next door with very young children and there was a lot of noise coming through the adjoining door

Booked through the Accor program. Upon arrival we tried to check in and walked around for 30 minutes trying to find reception. Tried calling the number which just rang out on several occasions. Ended up at the Novotel across the golf course to be told that’s where check in was. Signage yo reception was incorrect. Room was not very clean, bed uncomfortable and pillows were flat. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. Not everyone wants the a/c on at night. The car park is too small, more rooms than car parks. If you arrive later in the evening you will have to park on the main road in the dark. Lighting to the main entry is virtually non existent, we had yo use our phone torches to see where we were going.

Whilst the room was ok , I didn’t mind leaves on the balcony or the toilet being small (how big do you need), as others have complained. What I did mind was the noise that families with smallish children were creating, we were there 4 nights and every morning(6.30am) children were running around screaming and yelling. We will not be back, and those parents with the kids need to get better or find a caravan park, more suited to your poor parenting.

This block of apar**ents is situated quite a distance from the Novotel, on the far side of the golf course, where we had to check-in and out. We did use the resort hotel restaurant and bar for a couple of meals and drinks. We stayed 4 nights in an upstairs apar**ent style room, which was clean and comfortable. The downside, there are no lifts in building, so had to carry bags up the stairs. Nice sized pool. Not staffed and we did not book housekeeping being over the Xmas holiday break.
