真不錯，前台服務專業周道，態度特別好，房間乾淨整潔，讓客房服務員幫忙收一下垃圾也非常及時，外賣也送的很及時，非常好的一次入住體驗，下次出門就來這家，極力推薦。

大無語的一次住房經歷！因為我是下午四點訂的房間，緊接着我就給酒店打過去電話，我説因為我要晚一點到酒店，提前説一下 我不喜歡住頭和尾房間，希望酒店給我預留一下中間的位置。酒店的回覆是好的，您訂的雙床都是在中間位置，我説那好的，受累給我留好。晚上九點我到了，進去之後首先窗户開着，我就把窗户關上，弄了大概有五分鐘沒有關上，手有點疼，我就休息了一下，這時我又檢查床單，我發現枕頭上有頭髮，這時我就很不淡定的給前台打電話説明情況，前台來了之後先拍照床上的頭髮，後又幫我把窗户關上，直接摁下來 問我可以嗎？我一推窗户又開了，我説首先你這樣關上不漏風嗎？我受風算誰的？其次你認為這樣就是關上了嗎？她沒有説話，説我給您不行換一個房間，把我帶到了一個最後的房間，我説我之前打過電話，已經告知了我的需求，她説衹剩下了這一間房，我説如果沒有通知 你們，可以，但是我之前已經説過了，這時又説給我修窗户，換床單，我説可以！這時已經晚上十點了，窗户過了幾分鐘來了師傅修好了，走了，讓我等換床單的，我又等了大概不到半小時，還沒來，我又打電話？過了五分鐘上來的（我估計是忘記了找服務員）我跟服務員一起弄，因為太晚了，我想早休息，所以一起弄，換了一半我平鋪床單發現，新換的上面有一層紙屑！真的是大無語！這是拿我找樂嗎？被單上還在掉紙！我都笑了！又給前台打電話，上來查看！又給我重新找床單換，這時已經晚上十一點了！我説我們還睡覺嗎？請問，前台小姑娘在給我換，也不是客房服務員！這時我真的很無語，換完已經十一點半了，前台加了我微信，説跟經理説一下這個事情 要給我補償，我説我現在衹需要休息，後來前台説給我打了七五折，表示道歉！但是這也彌補不了我！真的太生氣！以後不會再住他家了！

整體滿意，去考試的，整體價格貴了不少，但是算是挺新的也有機器人送外賣，算得方便，離天津西站不遠，交通還可以

非常不滿意，一晚上被吵醒無數次。
酒店隔音非常差
趕上旁邊屋特別沒素質，10點半進門，哐哐噹噹到1點，又是電動窗簾聲，又是説話聲，又是沖廁所得聲音，還有各種得開關門聲音
中間服務員還過去一趟，別的屋子的客人也過去讓他們小點聲，都聽的真真的。
建議隔音不好有客房的前提下就間隔開來安排，都安排了一塊，覺都睡不好，能不得差評嗎？
服務：前台服務態度很好
環境：地毯很臟，床單上發現一塊很小的死皮，當時換個房間就好了，屋子裡還有**用品盒，拉低了酒店檔次
以前一直覺得麗楓還是挺好的，天津西站這個是真的很一般，離西站直線距離特別近，但是開車得繞一下，2點幾公里，下次不會再來住了
