非常差的酒店了，體驗極差。因為來出差，他家離要的去地方很近，看了商家圖片，乾淨整潔酒店也新。到了傻眼了，實拍圖感受下。要退不給退，説給換一間，換的依然不行。到的時候天黑了了，能將就肯定就將就了，實在住不下，換了另一家。貨不對板還理直氣壯強詞奪理，定了兩晚，第一天不退我理解你，第二天也不給退。溝通態度也賊差…吐了…打了工商投訴電話，也反饋給我跟商家無法溝通。而且説因為法律沒有規定圖片不符怎麼維權…服氣！沒人能管了…
告訴他鑰匙已經放好，可以隨時來收，也不來收，也不退按金，硬生生等到訂單結束才退…

這是所有住過酒店最差的一家，沒有之一。找地方找了半天，打電話給賓館，賓館説要自己給派出所核對訊息。攜程同意退款，笨賓館不同意。沒有入住，擔心人身安全，擔心按金不退。
