民宿在府君山後山，民宿大堂前台在咖啡吧裏，訂了一間叫遠山西的房間，過馬路沿着平緩石板路向上前行左側，牆是石頭堆砌的門是竹子的刷卡進入，院子視野開闊遠山近景還有遮陽傘休閑座椅，房間設施齊全乾凈整潔有序，設計風格有種迴歸自然的氣息，山裡有很多鳥兒蝴蝶飛來飛去的村子裏還有驢的磨坊，我上一次在另一家民宿早晨還聽到了公雞叫醒，好多年沒有這種體驗了，太棒了🌟早餐🥣精緻好吃對我胃口！大堂吧的咖啡酒水非常不錯👍感謝店長的推薦和店員的周到細緻服務

入住的入松，一家五口兩個房間，一個院子，孩子很喜歡，真正體驗了鄉居生活。環境很棒，房間細節到位，衞生間不反味兒，民宿中很難得。如果有浴缸就完美了。美中不足就是早餐種類少，不夠檔次。平日入住，算是性價比比較高了。推薦旁邊的可否咖啡，咖啡好喝，還要感謝可否咖啡小姐姐提供的熱情幫助。🙏

史上最不好的一次入住體驗，老實説這家民宿我幾年前就住過，介紹過不知多少朋友去住，週三晚跟那個民宿的新管家聯繫好了準備住兩天，提前請了假從北京出發，誰知道這就是噩夢的開始，到了管家導航結束的位置，人站在十字路口，打電話給管家小歡，她説的原話是“離我們那裡很近，你往前走”，我説我在十字路口，你能不能告訴我東南西北。這麼簡單的一個指路就講不明白，後來説讓我原地等，讓大姐接，結果大姐也沒來。怕我在攜程上差評，在沒有任何客人入住的情況下，那一晚把所有的房子都關了（太小家子氣了），我為了鬧明白為什麼原來心心念念喜歡的民宿，怎麼變成這樣了，於是第二天又定了一晚，結果才知道這家原來的設計團隊和運營團隊都撤離了，村裡的人接管了運營和接待，才出現了這麼不愉快的體驗。慨歎同樣的村子和同樣的民宿，但服務意識、經營理念、人員素質不一樣，體驗感完全不同。太痛心了，這是我幾年前住的第一個北京周邊的民宿，由此才喜歡上住民宿的，一直有美好的感情，這一次特別特別失望。會繼續跟天津市的旅遊主管部門反映的。

環境可以 就是前台那個女的講話非常膈應人 怨婦一個 態度太差 脾氣差的旅客最好不要去 會吵架

就還好，設施簡單，環境基本衞生。
山野環境 各種蚊蟲難以避免，房間温度很暖 水龍頭不太好用 衹能每次開關重新調整温度，洗手也非常噴濺。
早餐阿姨服務態度很好 餐品也尚可，總的來講OK吧。

整體來説比較滿意啦，稍微有點小貴，房間有單獨的小院（不過不大），我比較滿意的是私密性很強。
下面説説不足吧:
①杯子不乾淨，有水垢，但是管家很快給換了新杯子，服務很好。
②靠窗的椅子也不乾淨，坐墊上污漬一大塊，我們就把房間的浴袍墊在了屁股下；
③床墊太軟了，睡一晚上腰痠背疼；
④空調也很奇怪，衹有一度二度三度三個檔位，不知道是不是我孤陋寡聞了，調高一度不涼快，調低一度太冷。
⑤房間配備的可否掛耳咖啡衹有一包，正常不應該至少配兩包嗎，房間一般都是兩人入住吧，這點感覺跟房間不相符。
⑥早餐是在可否咖啡那邊用，早上八點半到九點半好像，我們八點一刻差不多就去等着了，去的時候還沒人，後來又來了一大家子人，但是房東先給他們上早餐，不知道是感覺我們人少怠慢還是什麼，因為當時我朋友已經有點胃不舒服了想喝點粥，所以我覺得明明我們先去的卻先給後來的人上早餐，就不大滿意，不過出於禮貌也多一事不如少一事的態度，沒有表現出不滿，希望服務以後能改進。
以上不足僅個人感受，也是在性價比是覺得這些不足有點和房價不大相符。
民宿衹包早餐，午餐晚餐自己解決，附近有可以吃飯的餐廳，但是感覺沒太大特色，人多的話還是建議自己在小院燒烤比較有趣味。整個村子沒有可以娛樂休閑逛一逛的地方，適合週末啥也不想幹就想換個安靜的地方躺平的人，哈哈哈哈。
總之，還是會考慮二次入住的。

入住遠山西，坐落在半山腰，山裡空氣真不錯，西井峪這邊都是獨特的石頭造型房子，很有古鎮感覺！距離市區很近很方便！老闆很用心，準備的水果零食水，大桶小桶瓶裝水應有盡有，房間設施齊全，有冰箱，加濕器，空調，凈化器。以為冬天去會冷，結果完全不用擔心，房間都是地暖，榻榻米也是熱的，空調我們都沒開，感覺很暖和了。白天太陽曬進小院，坐在椅子上曬太陽，美美噠！
