This hotel is super convenient! It's right by a subway station and a convenience store. It's also really close to central Shinjuku, and you can walk to Kabukicho Ichibangai in just over 10 minutes. Self check-in is a breeze, and you can store your luggage here too. Plus, you can grab complimentary toiletries and bath amenities from downstairs. There are also a few small restaurants right across the street, which is really handy for meals.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 24-hour supermarket, and 7-Elevens are everywhere. The front desk staff, both young men and women, are very nice. They have a microphone that can translate various languages on the fly, which is very smart. Check-in and check-out are both self-service, quick and convenient. There's a magnetic sticker on the inside of the room door. If you want housekeeping, you just put up the blue sticker. If not, cleaning is done every three days. Small room amenities are available for self-service on the first floor as needed. The room is indeed a bit small, but this is Tokyo, so you can't be too picky. I'd likely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Toiletries are conveniently located downstairs for self-service, and slippers are provided! There's even a foot massager in the room, which is a really thoughtful touch! Breakfast was also decent and quite plentiful! Happy with my stay!

This is a great hotel! They provide toiletries, pajamas, and even charging cables and curling irons, so you really don't need to bring anything when staying at a Sotetsu series hotel. Although this particular branch in Jimbocho is a bit of a walk from the station, the area is full of bookstores and restaurants, making for a fantastic atmosphere.

Not too far from the subway, with plenty of dining options, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby. It's also a reasonable walk to Tokyo Station. I met a Chinese-speaking staff member who was very kind and helped me with check-in and luggage storage. The front desk area is compact. They provide complimentary toiletries and bagged coffee/tea. The room is small but has everything you need. It wasn't too noisy at night despite being street-facing. Plus, there's an extra electronic security door on the second floor, which makes it feel very safe.

It’s an affordable hotel in Ginza. The room was too small for my large suitcase. Toiletries can be collected at the reception area. I personally appreciated the ice maker (because it is summer) since the fridge turns off when the key card is not in the room switch. I paid ¥1.000 to extend my check-out time to 12noon. There’s a city tax of ¥300 to be paid at the property. There is no safety deposit box.

The room was absolutely amazing! I fell in love with it the moment I walked in.😻😻 The lighting and color scheme both created a really cozy atmosphere.💕 Even though the room was small, it was perfectly sufficient for one person, and the space was utilized very efficiently. There's a mini-fridge, so I didn't have to worry about buying chilled items from the convenience store.😽 You can store suitcases under the bed, and there's plenty of space to open them up too.✌️ It felt so good to come back to the hotel every day. The bathroom was very clean and tidy and was cleaned daily. The front desk staff would always greet me politely when I passed by. All in all, I'm very grateful! There are many convenience stores nearby the hotel.🏪 P2 shows a road very close to the hotel when exiting Hamamatsucho South Exit. There's a Family Mart across the street where I'd always buy snacks and water before heading back (Google always gave me a long, roundabout route, but walking this way only takes five minutes to get back to the hotel). Walk out to the main street and you can see Tokyo Tower. It's very close to Shiba Park, and you can walk there to get many different angles of Tokyo Tower for photos. If you walk in the direction of Tokyo Tower, cross the traffic light, turn left, walk for about 150 meters, then turn right up a hill, there's a large open space where you can get photos of Tokyo Tower (like P4). I went out to buy something at the convenience store at night and stumbled upon this great photo spot! 🙂↕️ Transportation here is very convenient.🚉 Both Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station are very close and offer direct access to many places. Sometimes it was convenient to come back for a rest in the afternoon before heading to the next destination. The hotel is closer to Daimon Station. The nearest entrance is Daimon Station A3, near the traffic lights, but it only has stairs. If you have luggage, it might be more convenient to cross the road and walk in the opposite direction of Tokyo Tower. About 100 meters before Hamamatsucho, you'll find the Daimon Station entrance with elevators all the way. The hotel's TV was very convenient. 1️⃣ You can check if washing machines are available. Usually, by around 9 PM, they're all taken. You can try doing laundry early the next morning. You can find tutorials for using the washing machine on Xiaohongshu. 2️⃣ It has YouTube and U-NEXT, so you can log in with your own accounts to watch TV, which was incredibly convenient! You can also watch regular TV programs. I really liked the scent of the body wash and shampoo. If you can't tell which is conditioner and which is shampoo, the bluer bottle is shampoo. If you're unsure, you can take a picture and ask Doubao. There's a currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby, usually used for the washing machines. If you don't know how to use it, you can ask the front desk. I had a wonderful week in Tokyo and left a handwritten letter for the hotel.✉️ I'm truly grateful for the hotel's care. I felt very safe and comfortable here. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Tokyo!!!

The room had everything I needed. And the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry area, so I was able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a microwave in the lounge room, which came in handy on days I didn’t want to eat out. There are a few convenience stores close by, with a 7-eleven next door. It was really easy to walk to the metro lines and Kanda station was well linked to the rest of the city. The area was quiet at night, which I liked after a busy day.

decent hotel. The rooms are very small, but there are self-service bath salts, face masks, and skincare samples downstairs. Perhaps because I visited during art week, the prices were exceptionally high, around $100 USD, which I didn't think was very worthwhile

Always a good idea to stay in Kayabacho. This hotel is on exit 7 of Kayabacho station (2 mins walk) Transport: You will have access to the Tozei and Hibiya line (Metro) Tokyo station is walkable as well. Nearby: Yoshinoya, Sukiya and Saizeriya. Lots of other restaurants but these are our go to. Check in is at 3pm. They do keep your bag if you come earlier and store it up to 10pm on day of check out. Breakfast is with the Pronto cafe linked to the hotel, not big breakfast but can get 2 cups of coffee.

This feels like a typical Japanese home, and it's super close to the Kamo River. If you want to experience what it's like to live in a Japanese rental, I highly recommend it. It has a kitchen where you can cook, and the surrounding area has a strong local vibe. In the mornings, you can hear bicycles and residents greeting each other on the street – it's a very immersive experience. On the downside, the room uses a key code lock. However, the hotel sent the code after we had already arrived in Japan, and since we didn't have a laptop or email access, we couldn't see it. This led to us having to call customer service late at night to get the code. (There were no staff members at the guesthouse itself.) I suggest including the key code directly on the Ctrip order next time. Thanks.

Facilities: Relatively new, but the room is quite small. You can fit two suitcases, though. Hygiene: Clean. Service: The self-service machine is simple and convenient to use. Environment: Very quiet 🤫 in a residential area. It's about a 6-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. On the way: Suitcase maneuverability (4/5)

The transportation here is incredibly convenient! You've got everything you need right outside the door – food, drinks, entertainment, you name it! Seriously, if you can think of it, you'll find it here. The convenience store downstairs is a bit small, but it still meets most guests' needs. And the ice cream? Absolutely worth getting one every single day!

The hotel offers complimentary masks and skincare products. The room I booked was a bit small (comfortable for one person, but a couple might need to 'cultivate their relationship' a bit more to fit in! 🤣). **Surroundings:** A 12-minute walk 🚶‍♂️➡️ to Ginza (popular shopping area). A 30-minute bullet train 🚅 ride to Senso-ji Temple (popular attraction). A 37-minute bullet train 🚅 ride to Shibuya (popular attraction). **Food Recommendations ⭐⭐⭐** * GINZA TONKATSU SAITO: A 17-minute bullet train 🚅 ride away (the fried pork cutlet 🥩 is super juicy, highly recommend!). Around 4000 JPY per person. * UNAGI YOSHIKAWA SHIBUYA BRANCH: Great to try when you're in Shibuya. Around 2500-3000 JPY per person. * Natural Taiyaki at Senso-ji Temple.
