The location is incredibly convenient for transportation, right next to Sengakuji Station. The A4 exit is the closest, with the hotel just 50 meters away. (Do note that A4 doesn't have an elevator; for elevator access, use A2, which is about a 10-minute walk to the hotel). From Sengakuji Station, there's direct access to both Haneda and Narita airports, as well as Sensoji Temple. JR Takanawa Station is also only a 10-minute walk away. For added convenience, there's a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor of the hotel. The rooms are compact but perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay.

Clean hotel room and bathroom. No smell. I found this room nice as a single person but it would be a tight fit luggage wise for two people. They have coin laundry on the second floor and there’s a 7/11 right next to the hotel. The train station entrance is also nearby but if you need to use a station entrance with an elevator that entrance is a bit farther away.

It was really great experience.

The stay was fine, until I woke up covered in bedbug bites. With this being the priciest stay of my trip, I expected far better. The staff were very helpful and gave me a new room, but there was no compensation beyond that. Book at your own risk

The location is near metro but there is no elevator. It is not comfortable for traveler . The hotel is small room like a general Japanese hotel. It is business hotel. Cleanliness. No shower cap. Just a few amenities.

The room was spotless and clean. They cleaned the room every three days, which is understandable given the excellent value for money. Overall, the service at Little Japan was decent.

The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was spacious enough for two adults to sleep comfortably. Although the room wasn't huge, it was perfectly adequate for our needs. Transportation was incredibly convenient, with the subway station located right next door. There's a Lawson convenience store directly across the street and a 7-Eleven just next door, making it incredibly easy to pick up any essentials. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Tokyo in the future.

My recent trip to Tokyo was greatly enhanced by the Shinagawa Zenyama 4 Sen Smile Hotel, which left an excellent impression on me! Its location is superb; it's just a 1-minute walk from Sengakuji Station, serving both the Toei Asakusa Line and Keikyu Main Line. Haneda Airport is also incredibly accessible, reachable in as little as 18 minutes, making transportation incredibly convenient. Although the rooms aren't very spacious, they are cozily furnished, and the facilities are impeccably maintained. The attention to detail is evident throughout, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are warm and attentive, ensuring quick and efficient check-in and check-out processes. Breakfast offers a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, perfect for starting an energetic day. The hotel truly offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose it again on my next trip to Tokyo!

The Front Desk service was excellent. Even before check-in the e-mail communication was good. Room was clean, bed was comfy. There is construction going on nearby during my 2 night stay but I was not bothered by any noise. This hotel is located near Sengakuji metro and Keikyu line station, so it is convenient to travel to/from Haneda airport. Take exit A2 if you need lift access (from street level to ticket gate level; there is only stairs from ticket gate level to platform).

Very close to the subway station. Check in and check out was convenient with the 24 hour concierge. Staff were very nice, they helped with keeping baggage before check in. Free coffee in the lobby, coin laundry was availble in the lobby. Room was very clean and great for 2 people. Really enjoyed the stay.

The location of the hotel is great, especially since it has a direct line to Haneda Airport. Cleanliness wise its pretty clean for the most part other than a funky smell in the bathroom, smelt like someone's body odour but I got used to it after while. Many remarked about the small size of the room, but as I am a pretty small person, the size of the room wasn't an issue for me. The hotel has a laundry room at the 2nd floor, which does its job but the dryers always have some sort of leftover bits of paper inside, some of it getting stuck on the clothes I was trying to dry. This was not the fault of the hotel though, most likely due to other guests not checking their pockets for receipts/paper. Would be nice if the hotel cleaned the outside of the dryers and washers more regularly but other than that I have no issues with it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a great stay, only issue was the funky smell in the bathroom.

The room was spotless, perfectly reflecting Japan's reputation for cleanliness wherever you go. I chose this hotel for my business trip to Tokyo, and it offered an excellent location, great service, and very convenient transportation.
