Absolutely top-notch service although the hotel is a bit old but they maintain the whole environment as if you were arriving at a brand new opening hotel in 70s. Almost as if you were walking through the history of time where the service is still at its excellency. It’s amazing! Those elderly women who work as janitor is also super professional. It seems like they work there since the hotel opening. Super nice Buffett and a great ambience of miniature garden in the center of hotel hallway. It’s merely a great experience staying here!

The room and view are great, and the service is worthy of the price. The swimming pool is good, but children are not allowed to swim. The children are a bit disappointed. If you are a parent, you will not choose this place next time. Conrad’s facilities are not as new as Prince Gallery, but it is more child-friendly . This hotel is suitable for couples... it will be very graphic.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending the New Otani to friends and family. The staff in the Zen Lounge could not have been more helpful from start to finish. We booked three rooms and one room was upgraded. This made all of the difference to our stay. The room was spectacular!! The garden was beautiful and the restaurants/ shops in the hotel were very good. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the Tokyo train stations. I would recommend all of the staff we came across during our stay. They were all superb, so polite and nothing too much trouble. We loved our stay at the New Otani.

My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights at The Kitano and overall we really enjoyed our stay. A few pros, the room was clean and larger than expected. The hotel only had 4 floors so it gave a boutique feeling in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (but felt like they could have helped a bit more when trying to find dinner, which was a bit difficult for us). Worth mentioning, the location was a little far from the sights and not on the JR loop so we had to take the regular subway which took a little extra planing and time. The general area didn’t have many good restaurants so plan ahead. Even though we enjoyed our stay but as tourists we would probably select a different location next time.

The room size is okay, the bathroom has a bathtub, strong flower wine, and three restaurants can be opened for 3 people. The extra bed is between the two beds. The bed is moderately soft and comfortable. Going from Akasaka Mitsuki Line requires some leg strength, because the road is a bit sloping, and it is very fast to get to the subway station on the sloping road. There are many kinds of wild food nearby. For breakfast, there are Maiji, Starbucks, Wendys, Doutor... The butler cleans the room every day, which is very good.

Love the location - near Metro, restaurants, combini, McDonald's, Starbucks, Wendy's, even Harry Potter Cafe is nearby! Room size is adequate for 2 adults and 1 child. Pajamas, toothbrushes, towels replaced every single day! No extra pillow though. Free donuts (2 per person), coffee and tea. Can borrow umbrella, store luggages and can use airporter for luggage forwarding. Staff are respectful and can speak English. Will recommend and definitely come back when in Tokyo!

There is the large place hotel’room in akasaka if want to stay at the family room. We are very happy cause staff are very helpful. Spa here (separated man and women) is free of charge if stay here. Yukata always set in our room everyday with different pattern(adults and younger). The place is instagramable (at night). The location is good, but it may be difficult to find when you first go there as it is a bit hidden away. Use Google Maps. At the reception, write down your address, phone number and signature. It's a simple check-in. You cannot pay by cash, so a credit card is required. Security is OK as you cannot ride the elevator without a card key. The room is not large, but it's nice that the shower and toilet are separated. Air purifier available. There is a refrigerator. Whether the bed is soft or not depends on your preference. If you are on a business trip, some rooms may not have desks, which may be inconvenient. I was. Breakfast is in the building next door. Drinks are self-service.

Stayed for four nights in a double room ( remember to check ...There are rooms for females only as well, by mistake had booked one for our trip and the staff was kind enough to change it for a couple stay). Room is small with a window overlooking the street outside, 7/11 just beneath, duty free donki store just a short walk. 10mins walk from the metro station, another nearby metro station as well but that is another line. We used both during our Tokyo trip. Neighborhood is extremely lively...Great many bars ( they have seating charge), a pizza place next door just ask the reception for the restaurant suggestions, we had the best sushi, Kobe beef etc . But our best find is an Indian restaurant closely called Swagat just about 15-20min walk for the cheapest, heartiest and flavoursome Indian set lunch. Best thing about the hotel is their onsen(separate timing for women and men) must experience it. Loved our stay.

The atmosphere of the single room and the photo provided by the business is not bad. Picture 3 shows the breakfast that comes with it, and you can go to the first floor to get it at will. The whole hotel is based on black, which has a cool atmosphere. I highly recommend boys to stay here. The fragrance of the conditioner is very hormonal. Is this also fair to say (girls can get a scented one when they check in) Shampoo)? I personally think that there is no socket in the bathroom, which is a failure for girls, and curly hair is blown on the desk... um. In addition, business people and those who want to find a place to write papers can come! I wrote three final papers here in a burst of inspiration...it was easy to focus.

I opened the refrigerator and took up the space. There is no additional wet device in the room. The air purifier is really no difference from the general business hotel. It is not as interesting and beautiful as the videos shown by YouTubers. Just like the general hotel, the advantage is that the location is good. There are many nightlife nearby, and there are many restaurants. It is more lively at night than during the day.

Our stay met and exceeded our expectations! It was our first time in Tokyo as a family of 6 (with kids and a person with disabilities). We stayed in a corner family suite on one of the higher floors. The view was just gorgeous. The suite was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable! The hotel is located a few blocks from two subway stations and a short few blocks from the beautiful Hie Shrine. The neighborhood becomes very lively at night when business people are out and about. There’s a ton of great restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. There’s an onigiri shop down the street that is just delicious. Very convenient location. The staff were so kind, courteous, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They stood up and greeted us every time we walked by the lobby. They coordinated taxi pick up and drop off for our family as well. Days before our stay, the hotel staff contacted us to confirm our flight arrival time and projected arrival at the hotel. Everything about this hotel was just fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel especially for families and those with disabilities. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I used it for 3 months in hotel life. I was impressed by staying at a reasonable amount of hotel in Akasaka. It was close to 3 minutes walk from Akasaka Mitsuki station with good access, and there were delicious shops, famous shops, and good massage shops, and drugstore and convenience stores were close to each other. I had the best time without any inconvenience. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, and the coin laundry and microwave were also installed, so it was very easy to spend. I would like to use it if I have a chance to stay for a long time.

Go up a steep slope from Akasaka Station. At 17:00, the sound of the bells of the temple in the neighborhood rings.
