Very good hotel. The room is in good condition, the food delicious, the staff is very friendly and charming. The location is really good very close to other hotels and shop stores.

極残旧的洒店，外觀正常，房內又細又殘舊，自助餐 人多，服務員少，油煙味勁，攞食物等好耐才有， 食物種類少， 感覺極差！
我們即是退房，沒有入住，因為接受不到了太殘舊的房間， 完全沒有度假的感覺
已向Trip.com提交取消原因,但不接受，極之失望！

Впринципе для кубы отлично,по сравнению с отальной Кубой есть выбор еды,напитков.Пляж каменистый,без изысков,ничего особенного.Вайфай в номере не работал, только рядом с дверью.Комаров особо небыло,медуз тоже.

Прекрасный отель, мы наконец-то поели на Кубе по-человечески ))
У нас было 5 отелей, и Мелия был лучшим.
Немного напрягал пляж со входом по булыжникам, но немного - в сторону, и уже прекрасный вход, правда там не будет отельных лежаков.
В силу того, что отель испанской сети, то действительно, с едой все прекрасно: хамон, сыры, тунца вам пожарят и мяса любого. А вот сервис кубинский, если копеечку дедушке не дадите, то он будет ходить мимо вас с водой и вином.
Сейф не работал, вешалки на гвоздях падают.

A localização e vista do hotel são magnifícas, talvez uma das praias mais bonitas a qual já visitamos. Sobre o hotel, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar e a comida cheira muito mal, muita quantidade de opções e baixíssima qualidade dos alimentos. Alguns funcionários são simpáticos e outros bem mal educados. O ar condicionado do quarto começou a ter água pingando no chão durante a noite. Por fim, pela praia vale a pena, de resto, o custo benefício é baixíssimo.
