Beautiful stay, the place is truly gorgeous, it does justice to the price we paid. Breakfast nothing to say, excellent with extremely rich à la carte service. Excellent room with amazing frescoes, nice view and a very nice bathroom, shame about the restaurant closed at this time but we will definitely be back.

We left the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel breakfast started at 8 o'clock. I asked the front desk staff the night before that we couldn't make it in time for breakfast, and the gentleman said he would prepare it for us. The next day, each of us received a large bag of breakfast, including yogurt, juice, biscuits, cakes, and fruits. There were so many of them that we couldn’t finish them. We had to throw away the ones we couldn’t bring into the security check, which was a pity.

I chose a new hotel that is not on the main island for my adventure. Let me talk about it first: the hotel’s surrounding environment is pretty good, it’s close to the railway station, the hotel’s internal room facilities are also new, the cleanliness is quite high, and the front desk service is also warm. Let’s talk about improvements: the hotel provided free water on the first night, but did not provide it on the second and third nights. I subconsciously thought that the cleaning staff forgot to place it and ordered room service to bring the water. Oh, vomit blood. . . . . In fact, they can remind that there is a charge. . . I didn't tell us these details when I checked in. . . Breakfast is so-so, only some simple croissant, square slices of bread, biscuits, fruit drinks and the like, hot food needs to be ordered. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco. I haven't studied how to ride on the water bus. It is not convenient to buy or take the elderly and children if you walk. People with good legs and feet are free. Anyway, my leg is broken. . .

The train station takes a taxi (boat) - 5 minutes to the hotel pier, and the public pier is at the hotel entrance, very convenient. This time the room was divided into the top floor with a terrace. It is said to be the only one. It is simply unparalleled scenery and enjoyment. I have been to Venice before, but I never thought I could enjoy the skyline of this beautiful city like this. I really hope to stay in this room next time. The hotel breakfast room also shocked me, walking up the grand staircase through the gorgeous hall, immediately reminiscent of the marquis and ladies who had been here all day long hundreds of years ago. Compared with the environment breakfast itself is a bit inferior, but it doesn't matter. There are delicious things everywhere, and this environment is rare. Dinner is also enjoyed at the hotel, the price is not expensive, and the taste is much better than the restaurant outside, I think it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in Venice, rather than wasting time recommending hotel dining.

Where to even begin? This hotel is stunning; the staff is lovely and helped us book fun excursions and restaurants; the rooms are unique, beautiful and the beds are unbelievably comfortable; the breakfast is delicious; we had one of the best meals of our trip at their restaurant and we are still dreaming about the orange foam on their signature cocktail. Needless to say, we fell in love with this hotel, then with Venice. And will be staying here when we are lucky enough to return to this magical city.

Friendly, helpful staff who were able to provide lots of good information and directions (Thanks Francesca and Giovanni! but watch out for Mikela in the kitchen and be sure not to take food from breakfast!). Nice breakfast (which they packed up for us and put in our room the night before we had an early checkout). Great for Shabbat stay! Urn and coffee/tea available all day. Great location! Right near the shul and Chabbad and kosher restaurants. Ba Ghetto is next door (actually partially on the premises of the hotel) but is not part of the hotel. A/C in the room was good. I'm so glad I decided to stay there instead of an apartment!

Wonderful stayed at Ai Mori d’ Oriente Hotel in Venice. We stayed for 7 nights with Breakfast. Professional, friendly, pleasant and efficient service from all staffs. Room was spotlessly cleaned, daily clean and replenished two bottles of water every single day. Quiet area which I was preferred to get away from busy and noisy town. Simply and fresh breakfast including hot and cold stations, plenty of coffee to choose from, fresh juices and desserts etc … unlimited too! Lovely breakfast seating area. They always protected the customers from the hungry pigeons 🐦‍⬛🕊️🔫 😅 Nothing to much trouble there at all. Safe and peaceful area Perfect air conditioning Perfect pillow and comfortable bed We had a good sleep and relaxed Shower and Bath were perfect temperature and pressure … really nice and clean 15-20 mins walk to Grand Canal 15-20 mins walk to St Mark’s Square 5 mins walk to all shops and restaurants Access 24 hrs Reception open 24 hrs Highlight ** 5 mins walk to Mandonna Dell’ Otto Boat station 🚤 (Alilaguna Route- Orange Line) Very convenient trip from Venice Marco Polo Airport (1st stop from the airport approx 23 mins journey) and this station was not busy at all better than going to the Grand Canal Station which can be nightmare! Forgot to mention about the Wi-Fi. We decided to get the Wi-Fi from ‘Holafly eSim’ cost 7 days for £21 We definitely needed and really helpful. High speed connection everywhere in Italy 🇮🇹 we have no problem at all! What more do we need when we are on holiday 😬! This was a reasonably priced property for Venice which a friend recommended. It looked spacious and clean in the pictures. The room was small, serviceable but dark. It has a quite convenient location in the Cannaregio.The hotel suggested we hire a porter at the train station to cart our 5 pieces of luggage- big and small- as we were at the end of a four week trip. We paid him 40 euros plus a 5 euro tip to cart them upstairs to the room since there is no elevator in the building. At least that worked on the way to the hotel. On our last day we had to lug our suitcases down the slippery steps in the rain. Not fun. One of the staff made dinner reservations on Mother’s Day for us and also ordered roses for my husband to give me on my birthday. But there were other staff who didn’t know a lot of helpful tourist information like the water taxi schedule to the airport. We had to pull that information out of the young woman at night who, though very sweet, had very poor English. Why not have that schedule printed and handy for guests? The breakfast was 10 euro. They ran out of scrambled eggs, had no fresh pastry and just doughy white bread. Cappuccino good. Just ate there the first day. No tissues in the room and there was an annoying strobe light that kept going off over the door. I dislike bedspreads that others have used and prefer clean top sheets with duvets. There were a couple of holes in the sheets we had. However the room was clean with no smell. Perhaps we had one of the smaller, less interesting rooms at the inn. Some of the pictures look more spacious. Be sure to ask what you are going to get though. And remember, there is no elevator. As with many hotels, there is only someone on duty 8 am-7:30 pm. We enjoyed our stays at the hotels booked by our weeklong tour and should have searched for a comparable one more befitting of a special birthday.
