El hotel es hermoso. Pero tuve problemas con las tarjetas de crédito q utilizé en todas aparecieron consumos q no realize así q cuidado y también mirar tb los consumos en el hotel CUIDADO. Q pena tan lindo hotel y la mayoría de los empleados rebuena onda y unos pocos arruinan todo

Estuve hospedada 2 días en el mes de febrero en una habitación doble deluxe, es amplia , cómoda , limpia y tiene vista al parque. El desayuno es bueno y variado. La relacion precio - calidad del restaurante es muy buena. Tengo que destacar el muy buen trato de todos los empleados. Al hotel le falta renovación en algunos sectores como las reposeras del jardín que están antiguas y sucias , y especialmente la recepción donde los asientos de los empleados están rotos , es el primer lugar que se ve cuando ingresas al hotel y además tienen que estar cómodos para trabajar .

Hace 18 años que disfruto de este hotel , siempre digo que es como mi segundo hogar , tiene una vista al rio espectacular, tiene todo el conford, la calidez humana del personal, el desayuno súper completo , y el restoran con los mejores platos para deleitar Un pequeño caribe en Entre Rios

No vayan en verano si sufren el calor. Increíblemente, el agua de la ÚNICA pileta al aire libre está caliente. Había 35° C de sensación térmica y lo último que hacía la pileta es refrescar. Cuando fui amablemente a preguntar si había posibilidad de bajarle un poco la temperatura al agua, el encargado de ese asunto (un tal Marcelo) me respondió con un sarcasmo espantoso; un verdadero irrespetuoso, y sin motivo. El resto de los empleados fueron muy educados y muy amables. Con todos los otros servicios no tuvimos problemas. Pero mi estadía en el hotel fue una tremenda desilusión.
