What we liked · We opted for this hotel on the occasion of a short Easter break, so the judgment on the structure and its surroundings is naturally influenced by the 'sluggish' period in which we stayed there. That said, I really have nothing to complain as the structure has fully satisfied our needs. Clean room and sea view, not too small, rich and varied breakfast. Lastly, they also welcomed our little dog, a Jack Russell Terrier that has been an indispensable element of our holidays for years now. Whether they are short or long! What they disliked · The viability of the area. The problem is obviously not attributable to the structure, but rather to the Municipality, but for those who do not know it well it is really quite bizarre and with extreme difficulty in finding parking. At the end of April ... I dare not imagine now, in high season!

Having a few days at my disposal, I decided to make them at the "near" sea I call it, or on the Adriatic Romagna, where I practically spent my holidays from when I was a child until the age of majority, to then discover the "real" sea, the beautiful one, the deep and crystalline one, that of southern Italy and finally that of the island of Elba. I book a room that I guarantee super, completely renovated third floor, rooms with every comfort and with a front sea view terrace. Once arrived, the hotel actually looks good externally and on the first line of the sea, has a nice breakfast room (they do not serve a restaurant) and, on the third floor, we take possession of the super room. Indeed the view was beautiful, facing the sea, the terrace, in my opinion it was not a terrace but a balcony, however there was. The very small room, the air conditioning was not there but there was a ducted system that I could not make it work, even calling assistance (they told me that if I kept the French door open the system would not work ... I kept it closed but it did not work anyway except with a few sporadic puffs of air that lasted a couple of minutes and then nailed down. Wardrobe does not exist, there was a rod with hangers without doors, the microscopic safe built into a cabinet in plain sight and the fridge ditto, empty and also a bit filthy. The bathroom, with shower and glass walls, small in size and without a window, was immediately poorly cleaned, the fan for air exchange naturally did not work and the shower, full of limestone, sprayed water with difficulty and in addition the drain did not work well and the bathroom flooded. But the most terrible thing was sleeping in that room, the bed was equipped with a spring mattress that stabbed you in the ribs. change of linen, towels and toilet paper, we had to request it on the third day, otherwise maybe they didn't even replace the towels. The breakfast, apart from the kindness and professional courtesy of the service girl, was mediocre in quality even though there was a choice of sweet and savory. Too bad because the structure is in a strategic and enviable position, in front of a beautiful beach ........ we were there and we had a good time, clean, lifeguard who played good music, with a convenient kiosk bar for coffee or other. I remembered the sea of Romagna in another way, too bad. I do not want to comment on the price applied, but I can say that it is not true for what it offers.

I would like to point out to all future (hopefully I would like to point out to all future (hopefully not) tourists who would like to stay even just for a few days in this "hotel": "BATH" shower with cold water even if operated by tap for hot water, moreover the jet is not very powerful both "hot" and cold. toilet, sink and bidet permanently dirty including the water supplied by these, which stagnates in the bidet. non-existent shower surface. glass shelf inclined above the sink so much that it does not even allow objects to be securely placed. the bathroom door is hard to close without the slightest noise and is damaged on the bottom. "ROOM" I understand the adjective economy, but the room seemed more like a closet to lock up 4 beasts with less than the bare minimum. the bed I used for sleeping is perhaps suitable in the Smurf village, also the sheets were not changed regularly. noisy air conditioner and full of dust enough to make me think and what I have ever breathed in this lodging. walking barefoot or running a finger on any surface I recommend washing your hands immediately afterwards to avoid hair, sand, dust or pebbles stuck to your hands. bedbugs present in August, never seen at this time of year; also cobwebs and spiders found. the most important thing (I don't know if it was foreseen in the economy or not, but in any case), there was not even a wardrobe for 4 people! "SERVICES" towels not changed despite having been placed on the floor as indicated and in any case poor and not very clean with various stains. we were woken up and invited to leave the room at 10 in the morning, when everyone has the right to sleep as much as they see fit. we were not given a drying rack despite being asked. the bicycles supplied are very innovative, having an automatic braking system that forces you to work harder during use, and they are also 4 bikes for 36 rooms, perhaps the accounts do not add up. finally, little sympathy on the part of most of the staff (not that there was much). BREAKFAST perhaps the only positive note of the hotel, even if not perfect, with a few croissants and a little salty but good food (it is never in life as in the photos but we are satisfied, also because thinking about everything else ...) .

Siamo appena tornati abbiamo pasqua in questo favolo posto con mio marito e i miei 3 figli posizione ottimale vicinissima al mare, camere pulitissime e ben arredate comode per una famiglia da 5. Qualità prezzo eccezionale Personale gentilissimo sempre presente e molto cordiale. Colazione super c'è di tutto dal dolce al salata per tutti j gusti. Da tornare di sicuro

Abbiamo soggiornato a Pasqua in famiglia... Che dire, davvero Ottimo... Vista mare impagabile... Camera e bagno praticamente nuovi... Pulizia impeccabile... Colazione spettacolare, molto varia e ricca.... Torte eccellenti... Personale cordiale e gentile....
