房東很好，位置也不錯，樓下就是海邊，孩子們天天晚飯後去趕海，趕海的人很多，還有孩子們玩得遊樂項目，有唱歌的，樓下還有個超市，購物很方便。總體來説很不錯～

房子全新 傢俱家電齊全 衞生乾淨整潔 房東有求必應
良心推薦 樓下步行3min就是九龍灣公園
房間也可看見海邊
複式閣樓 兩張一米八大床 也別舒服
尤其是閣樓的大床 很低 年齡小點的孩子也不害怕摔下床來了
樓下就有華夏新天地 吃飯買東西都很方便
步行10min還有便民的核算檢測點
最主要的房東態度好啊！

非常熱情的房東，屋子收拾的非常乾淨，床品也很乾凈，有種家的感覺！出門不遠就是海，早餐需要點外賣，午餐和晚餐比較方便，總體挺好得房子
